I had a good experience ordering a custom sweatshirt for my dad. I have never done this before. So, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best on the color, size, and graphics. They got it right, which is a testament to the quality of their process, employees, and website. Spirit Shop sent me a quality sweatshirt I custom designed and they created it, thank you.
The produce arrived on time but the sizing was WAY off.Ordered the small for my 4 foot 10 inch daughter. The sweats reached her armpits. Good thing Mom needed some new sweatpants.
