Sprintax people are very quick in helping and resolving the issue. I was unable to login to my account due to some issue and Mr. Todor Dragiev from Sprintax resolved my issue within few minutes. The website is also very easy and self explanatory to file the tax.Highly recommended.

Filing non resident tax
Is a good service to use to file US tax as a non resident. However it was confusing at the end when i thought i had paid my federal tax but i had only paid the Sprintax service fee. I wish there was a way to talk on the phone with a consultant but Stanislav Stamatov on the help chat was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly

I found Sprintax difficult to navigate
I found Sprintax difficult to navigate as a new user with my specific VISA case, and the system led me to incorrect selections that produced unusable tax forms. When I asked for support, I was told no refund was possible, even though the service did not work for my situation. I ultimately had to file elsewhere. Based on my experience, the platform needs clearer guidance and a more supportive approach for users.

My experience with staff Kristiyan Kasabov is great, she is very helpful and forthcoming. However, before her, I met another very nasty online assistant, called Todor Dragiev, he is rude and mean, and unwilling to help.

Excellent service from Mark Valentine & Sprintax

I tried to do my taxes with them as a non tax resident, when the tool was not allowing me to allocate payroll based on working days I opened a thread with Marieta Toncheva but she was extremely unhelpful, will never try to use this tool again
