I have made 2 attempts through email to contact the company & have not received a response. There is no phone number listed to contact them directly. Not impressed at all with the customer service.

Well it said it’d arrive between 2-4 weeks so after a month I made contact but No one wants to answer my multiple emails. I’m concerned they forgot about me I understand being busy is part of it but Communication is very important when the costumer has written an email.. a late email is okay i guess but one never sent is Rather annoying n I think you can agree. I just needed an update of SOME kind, heck they even could’ve said Hey man it’s getting overloaded in here I’m thinking at least an extra 2 weeks but nooooo . I’m not seeing that i just want to know where the item I purchased is I’m not wanting to bother anyone but at the same time I want to ensure what I paid for is ever coming. Purchased nov 3, but it’s dec 9th with no update.. guys when you don’t meet a deadline you need to reach out n say hey we haven’t forgotten about you… something dude
Never received my order.
I never received a confirmation email. I placed my order on 10/23/2025 and have still not received it. I’m trying to trust the process but am unable to check the status of my order. The only email I received was this survey.
It was easy to find what I was looking for. My husband loves the bigger gun belt that you sell. He doesn't just wear it to carry, but chooses to wear it everyday. He said it's his favorite belt he has ever had. He wore it daily for 6 years before it needed to be replaced. And now he is getting two for Christmas!
It's been over three weeks since I ordered my holster and have had no order update status since the order confirmation email over three weeks ago. How about better customer contact?

Always love stealth gear! I carried OWB until my partner told me about your company a few years ago! Most comfortable holsters I’ve ever owned! Department is switching pistols so I figured I’d update my EDC to match. 3rd holster I’ve ordered and I’m sure it will live up to my expectations again.
I own a Ventcore 1.0 (IWB) for my P365. This is by far the best holster I have ever worn.
