Just watched how these guys scammed a YouTuber with a knackered Maserati. Very unsafe, dodgy MOT. Avoid these guys. Also trading as CARMAXX

If anyone wants to see the way this crowd operates I strongly suggest a look at jamie fyd on YouTube. Hooky mot cetre needs reporting and shame on these guys for allowing a car so bad out onto a public road. Not to mind the fact the man had a child in the car. Disgraceful conduct from a "dealership"

Really bad customer service I won’t buy any car from this place again There is a guy call Michael ( fake gangster ) I would advice strongly WHATEVER YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE MAKE SURE it is safe for you and your family

As a family we have had 6 cars now from Justin , all with no problems and at a fraction of the cost of a main dealer yes the cars need a good clean but you save £1000s . My last car an audi s5 i had for over 18 mths and after driving it sold it to motorway and came out with £850 profit You can trust justin

Terrible service

Terrible service. Went to see a Discovery sport..liked it after the test drive..but, found issue with the Air Con which i mentioned them. They promised to fix it and call me.. and after that, I was the one chasing updates again and again. Cameron promised me to call back everything and no response. In the end, i just gave up after chasing them for 3 weeks. Luckily, I ended up buying from Burford Car. Looking at all the previous comments here, I guess, I had a lucky eacape from here.

Had a very bad experience while buying…

Had a very bad experience while buying car, everyone doing a fake promises including Manger and made me waiting for more then one month for my car after getting a deposit money. Very disappointed ☹️

Great service from Sterling Cars

I bought a high mileage Porsche Cayman from Justyn at Sterling Cars and the whole experience from start to finish was great. I was left to my own devices when examining the car, and given the keys to test drive as much as I wanted. Price negotiation was fair, and small niggles with the car that I didn't spot before buying were sorted out for me with no dramas. I would not hesitate to buy again from the team at Sterling Cars.

Great experience and got a bargain

I bought a high mileage Volvo with a warranty. When it developed a problem, I can’t fault the help I was given to get the car fixed. Mike dealt with the warranty company and the garage which took all the stress away from me. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I purchased a landrover discovery sport…

I purchased a landrover discovery sport after being told that the bodywork was immaculate and there were no issues with the car when I got there the car was dusty took it for a test drive all seamed fine so I went ahead and purchased it unfortunately the next I gave the car a wash only to find the bodywork covered in scratches I then started it to find engine management light on to many faults to mention so I called them up only to be fogged of telling me I should have checked the car more carefully my mistake I thought I was dealing with a legitimate company do yourself a favour and avoid this firm at all cost

Please do not buy from this group. I bought a honda hybrid last year and noted that window shutter has a problem and immediately reported it after a few days. THEY QUICKLY RESPONDED BUT SPINS YOU AROUND. First they said all model like that has issues and they cannot fix it. I insisted and planning to get mediation...they accommodated me by asking me to visit their shop and was told PARTS WILL BE ORDERED AND THEY WILL CALL ME IF READY...TADA THEY RANG ME AND SAID...it is normal for a car that age to have that problem...NOT ALL THAT GLITTER IS GOLD with STERLING CARS....in addition they gave me one key and was told some cars have 2 some have only one and a staff said they will give me an extra key but they were just pulling my legs....beware...the staff will suck you in unaware! Con artists from overseas? I am heading back to the 2nd option of resolving this matter with them!

Absolutely disgusted in the after care…

Absolutely disgusted in the after care from this garage! Be carful purchasing anything from these lot! After buying my car within 13 days of purchasing the car the engine light came on. I bought the car with AA warranty. I’ve got the works done local to me which AA recommend as the garage I bought it of is over a hour and a half drive. anyone with AA warranty knows it takes days to diagnose then going through the process to see wether they cover the parts then to actually get it fixed it took 4 days! That’s why I got it done local as I would have had to wait days for it or find a lift back to then find another lift back once fixed… it doesn’t make sense?? The warranty covered a 3rd of the bill and they garage said they would sort the rest out as it happened in the first weeks of purchasing. After weeks of chasing the garage been told to speak to to him, her and all the others now there saying there not covering anything because I got it done local to me and the garage which is AA recommend has apparently ripped me off and none of the works needed doing?!?! How he knows that not even looking at my car etc it’s a joke! They have tried anything and everything to avoid this bill and I’m very tempted to take the car back for a full refund! Please be very careful using this company!!!

I recently purchased a Discovery Sport from Sterling Cars, and while the overall experience had its highlights, there were some inconsistencies that left me questioning their process. Cameron was an absolute legend—his customer service was exceptional, scoring a solid 10/10. From our initial phone conversation to showing us around the car, his professionalism and helpfulness stood out.When we decided to proceed with the purchase, Michael initially offered the standard 30-day warranty that most dealerships provide, which we thought was great. However, things took an unexpected turn when another individual, who bore a striking resemblance to Mr. Bean, stepped in and abruptly stated that no warranty would be included. This sudden policy change was baffling—especially after we had already agreed on the terms. Despite spending over £6,000-£7,000, I was informed that additional warranty coverage would need to be purchased at the previously agreed price.To make matters more confusing, this same individual later offered a one-year warranty plan at a price significantly lower than what was originally discussed. He seemed unsure of what he was saying, but I agreed to his offer on three separate occasions. This miscommunication left me perplexed, as it seemed they were constantly shifting their stance on the warranty policy.Cameron and Michael were fantastic, but the inconsistent and confusing handling of the warranty process by the third person overshadowed what could have been a flawless experience. Why was the policy changed so abruptly, and why was there such a lack of clarity?

Very very poor customer service .

Very very poor customer service .. next to no communication at all. Over promised and very much under deliver. Picked up car . Went in to office . 5 members of staff all completely ignored me had to go outside and find someone. Car had a couple issues. Was blatantly told .. well there’s nothing they could do about it as the car came into them like it.!! We drove 3 hours to get there . Had to wait over 2 hours for them to bring car back from mot even though they assured me last Thursday the car would 100% be ready .. also promised it would be valeted .. it wasn’t . I appreciate they’re a. Busy garage with a lot of cars . But customer care should come 1st .. if I could give less than 1 star I would have .. when I finally got to talk to a member of staff to finalise paperwork he had to apologise about is colleagues attitude and the way he spoke to me.. awful attitude

Lack of customer parking

Turned up to buy a car problem was no where to park. Asked where I could park was told outside the premises in the lay by where it was full!! Waste of a drive out there.
