Employee exploiters
Stocktake Online has been the worst company of my career ever. From joining till my last day I have seen how uncertain your job is being here. Great people leave because of environment and others are bound to leave or they fire. No performance review, no appreciation of the talent and the character of the managers and COO is a thing to talk and laugh about. Nonsense management where manager and COO are puppet of their girlfriends within the team. No warnings about one's performance but you might be fired anyday. Highly unprofessional and nothing remains on paper. HR management is also a great mess. No job security. The time you serve every single day you need to say yes to everything even if it is wrong or right and flattering and bootlicking in mandatory. At times you need to leave as higher management is no less than joker or clown panel and no good employee will be able to digest or carry forward with such low IQ people. They target you personally rather than being professional. If you ask them for a solution you are may be asking them to get yourself fired because they have no mind or no wisdom to answer but to misuse it. Summing it up they are cheaters, cheap and employee exploiters.
