No Customer Service

I received a Free Shipping on a $79 order email on January 3. I filled a cart on the website and the coupon code would not work. I contacted Customer Service via email (they are not available to answer the phone on weekends) and got three days of runaround. Today the CSR told me my free shipping coupon had expired. No restrictions are indicated on the email. You can be sure I will never spend another dollar there. Not worth the hassle.

I purchased the pumpkin pancake/waffle…

I purchased the pumpkin pancake/waffle mix. I followed the recipe to a T, the results were not good. It was so thick so I had to spread it on the waffle maker and they came out soft and fell apart the rest of the batter. I added water and poured it in and it came out perfect so my review is to let Stonewall kitchen and others know that the recipe does not work on the back of the canister.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Ordered items on 12/3/2025 for use as Christmas gifts for local family and friends. To be shipped ground (5-7 business days) since I figured plenty of time. On 12/15, called to ask about order status/when items were sent and was told items out of stock and wouldn't be restocked until 12/20. I would not have known unless I called. They refused to expedite shipping. They offered to cancel order. I again pressed for expedited shipping to receive prior to Christmas. They said I could cancel and reorder with faster shipping for a fee. Absolutely no accountability or attempt at service recovery beyond apology. I will not be ordering from them again.

Stonewall customer service needs to be…

Stonewall customer service needs to be worked on. Not impressed at all with the blah tone and unwelcoming interaction with calling customers. I spoke to a manager and she was not interested in what I was trying to explain. All of the products I’ve used are good. The voice of the company needs improvement. Customer service is what makes me return to a vendor. I will not be buying from them again. I am waiting for the recipient of the costly gift box to receive it. If any of the items is expired, broken or less than perfect i will be ready to di whatever is necessary to make things right.

Company does not have a return policy

Company does not have a return policy. The ship expired products and force people with no options for returns. Such a scam company with poor service and no customer service.

Very toxic company culture

Very toxic company culture. They refuse to take complaints seriously or escalate to supervisors, and instead protect one another while avoiding any formal complaint process. My interaction with Sonya Keniston was dismissive, gaslighting, and unprofessional. This individual refuses to respond to relevant emails and management protects her in doing so.I purchased a Wild Maine Blueberry Jam that spoiled within one month. When I was asked if I preferred a replacement or a refund, I clearly chose a replacement—yet I was sent a refund instead, showing they prioritize their bottom line over resolving the issue as the customer requested. If you buy from this company, be aware that you may face not only questionable product quality but also a toxic, unhelpful customer service experience when you raise legitimate concerns.

They could care less

I contacted them with an image of how their product was hidden behind one of those awful displays at the grocery store. I had been brushed off at the store. Stonewall Kitchen's response to this information regarding their product placement:We don't do that" and bounced me back to the store. I won't buy from them ever again!!

Customer Service

I purchased 5 bottles of their mixer. I used 4 and recently found 1 bottle in the back of my closet that had expired. I contacted them and was told that "Unfortunately we are not able to replace expired product." The owners would not make an exception. These are expensive products and willing to support the company but this is not the standard I would expect from them. Very disappointing.

Horrible Experience.

I placed an order. It came broken. They replaced the broken part (not the whole gift and the gift box was ruined) and it came open as well. They promised a refund which was never received. Pretty frustrated!

Defective lids

I purchase the Stonewall Kitchen sriracha aoli at least once a week. Recently the jars have had defective lids and won't tighten properly. Paying $9 per jar, only for it to not tighten at all, is very frustrating! I really hope they will resolve this issue as it's one of my favorite foods!

I received the hostess basket

I received the hostess basket. The ultimate bar mix (spicy) was stale and had very odd flavors. The crackers in the basket don’t have much taste. Certainly not worth whatever it cost.

Very disappointing “service.”

Very disappointing “service.” I ordered three bottles of Napa Valley olive oil. One bottle broke in shipment. I promptly called customer service and was told I would receive a credit on my credit card. This was in December of 2024. At the end of January when there still was no credit, I sent an email with the order number and details. No response and no credit were received. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Fool me once is enough.

I love Blueberries and bought Organic Wild Maine Blueberry Jam at Costco to give it a try. Item# 1028191.When I got home I opened the jar and went absolutely psycho in a good way because I was so excited to see all the beautiful tiny blueberries packed in the top of the jar. I tasted it and started asking everybody to try this amazing product which when first opened can be considered blueberry caviar with all the beautiful tiny berries packed in the top of the jar.I hurried back to Costco and bought six more jars for my pantry Just because Some items at Costco that you fall in love with can one day disappear and hard to find again. Fast-forward a couple of days and once I got past the four maybe 5 teaspoons of tiny blueberries in the top of the jar the whole tiny berries disappeared, and it was a smooth jam. I immediately opened another jar and scooped out again about Four or 5 teaspoons of tiny blueberries, which appear to be stuffed on the top of the jar over a smooth berry jam. Once you get past The tiny blueberries in the top of the jar there are no more tiny blueberries To be found, except a smooth blueberry jam. Is it a good blueberry jam? Yes but not better than other blueberry jams that I’ve tasted. The thing that I like most about it was the blueberry like caviar in the top of the jar, which caused me to hurry back to Costco to buy more because I thought it was going to be a full jar of whole tiny blueberries throughout the entire product. Obviously, this was not the case once you got past the few spoons of tiny blueberries at the top of the jar, which once again was only about four no more than 5 Teaspoons.I have five unopened jars that I returned the day after I discovered that the tiny blueberries was just used as a topping on top of the smooth jam in the jar.Once again, it’s not a bad tasting jam, but if you’re expecting a full jar of tiny blueberries as when you first opened the jar, just beware that a few teaspoons later you will be immediately disappointed.I give five stars for the tiny blueberries on the top of the jar and only three stars for the actual smooth jam underneath the tiny blueberries. As there are a whole bunch of blueberry jams out there that are just as delicious. Whether this is a marketing ploy, I consider it a bait and Switch as I expected the whole jar to be whole tiny blueberries not just a little bit they put on top.

Freaking Delicious

I have to admit. I bought some Black Bean Salsa and some Spicy Corn Relish to try out. I apologize for letting it set in my pantry for a little over a year. This stuff is delicious! The corn relish is pretty good, but the Black bean salsa was off the chain! Out of curiosity I mixed some with my homemade cowboy candy and it stepped the flavor up 10 notches!

I had received a double pack of the…

I had received a double pack of the Waffle and Pancake Mix. We loved it it was wonderful but when I opened the next container - there were bug sthorughout. We threw it away immediately - We had checked the expiration date and it was Oct 23, 2025. The day that it was opened was November 117th, 2024. ( Still time for it to be usable.) I called SWK on the morning of the 18th. They stated that without the container showing the expiration date that they could not replace because they would need to investigate. This is the first issue i have hand with stonewall kitchen over the years and truthfully never had any compaints, I found their products to be fresh and very tasty. I have ordered several packages for family and friends for holidays, anniversaries and birthdays. Never hand an issue. Everyone loved their gifts and also became frequent buyers of the products. I am so disappointed in the customer service - I will no longer be using their products and will let my other family and friends know of this issue. I will not any longer be ordering from Stonewall Kitchen.

BEWARE OF EXPIRATION DATES

BEWARE OF EXPIRATION DATES! I placed a large order of butters and jams for holiday gifts, I received them on September 5th. As I opened them on October 31st I noticed the expiration dates, nine of the items had expiration dates between November 11 and December 3. When I called Stonewall Kitchen's customer service, the gal told me I had 30 days to open and check the expiration dates and she would not allow me to return the items. I will not be ordering directly from the Stonewall Kitchen again as I cannot check the expiration date prior to purchase nor trust that the product will be fresh. So Disappointing!

Difficult and Do Not Stand Behind Their Products

I usually love Stonewall Kitchens and "had" been a good customer, however, in my last order 3 items in a box set arrived with a 2 month expiry date. It is just my husband and I and there is no way we can finish all 3 products by then, They were BBQ Sauce, Garlic Aioli and Onion Jam. They flat out refused to give me a refund and said 2 months was sufficient. Never order again from them! They do not stand behind their products!
