I have been using Strand motor for well over 8 years, I have never ever had a bad experience, they are always helpful, understanding and technically professional. the last time I dealt with them was just under a week ago, I spoke to a gentlemen called William, he gave me the advice I asked for and spent enough time with me on the phone until I thanked him for his advice and terminated the call.
Cowboys, can’t answer straight forward questions which is there job and profession. Introduced by servicing stop and when asking questions re world they appear unhelpful and direct you to service stop, which is crazy as they are the Mechanics working on your car. The bill I got I feel I was conned and they have made issues to my car, instead of doing what they have been paid to do full service and mot. Not got for purpose and would never use again or recommend, very bad service; makes you think would a mean receive the same unprofessional service and help
I swear to God!!! The Google reviews that I have seen that are saying that this garage is good is a LIE!! I took my Range Rover Evoque here and the first comment one of the mechanics said was in disbelief “HEY it’s a RANGE ROVER”. On further investigation I realised that none of cars being worked on, were up to the calibre of my vehicle. I also noticed instead of fixing the problem they had my car on display clearly to entice customers In. They had my car for a week, and said they couldn’t find any codes because the engine wouldn’t turn on. I knew this was incorrect, so I asked them to bring the keys and as I thought the engine turned on. They acted surprised. I swear on my life the guy turned round and said, “With Range Rovers, you don’t really need to look at the codes that are coming up. You have to take the car apart and find the issue” That was when I instantly knew they didn’t know what they were doing. I sent my car off to Range Rover, in minutes the had confirmed that codes were the issue. They were going to dismantle my baby and destroy her. During the whole week, I made multiple phone calls to check on my cars progress. On the final call the manager said “Stop calling or come and collect your car” When I told him I was going to come & get it he replied, “Better be today as your wasting my time!” I made sure I got my car out of there that day. Their advertising is also very misleading, they say they use genuine parts but do not. They are an Asian ran garage, were their website suggests otherwise...Check it out you’ll see what I’m saying!!! Please think before you send your car here. The good reviews are only silly services and I swear they must be fake aswell as other reviews have stated. Please don’t kill your car !!!!
