Wide range of beds online and to see in…

Wide range of beds online and to see in person small outlet in Liversedge. We bought 2 king size ottoman style beds with mattresses. I have had the best sleeps since. Excellent quality great prices. The owner is a true gent. Would definitely recommend.

I think buyers ought to be wary of this…

I think buyers ought to be wary of this company. They claim to be using all organic natural materials, but on their website there is NOTHING to prove any kind of certification at all. They also claim all the mattresses are UK made. Yet when you look their facebook page and the website, there is nothing to indicate that this is true. The whole site seems very dodgy. I think it's just a guy, with a lock up and some mattresses from China.. trying to get the most money he can for them. Do not trust. The only companies selling fully natural mattresses charge heftily and have ample proof for their claims.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYTook 1 month to get my original bed delivered, which was damaged. It then took a further month of constant chasing to get a replacement. If I hadn't been chasing, I suspect the replacement would never have arrived - apparently it even sat in a warehouse for 10 days and nobody bothered to do anything with it until I started asking questions. Company told me issues were with the courier company and not Supabeds and I should therefore take it up with them. Well, I'm sorry, but my contract is with you and not the courier company, therefore that makes it your problem - a problem that you should take responsibility and ownership of. If your courier company are not fulfilling their responsibilities, that's for you to take up with them, not me as the buyer. Here's some examples of their responses: "It's not our fault the bed got damaged it was the couriers fault. We evan arranged a replacement to be sent" (spelling and grammar is seller's not mine!) ... as if they've done me a favour by sending a replacement!! "That bed is worth around £600 in shops. You got a really good deal onit" (Again, seller's spelling!) I'm not responsible for your pricing strategy - and that never excuses shoddy customer service.If you've got 2 months to waste chasing this company, then by all means use them but I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.
