How this company is still online is beyond my comprehension about five or six years ago. This woman bought this company and before that it was an amazing rain business with five star reviews. Then she ran this company in the ground and defrauded everybody during the Covid pandemic she’s crooked. She’s a liar and she’s incompetent. Stay far away from this company. If you know, it’s good for you.
Buyer beware. This is not a store front or public business. This is a single woman working out of her house and traveling working remotely. Not to say there’s anything wrong with that. However, the service is very unprofessional and spotty. We had a credit from a previous tour that was to be applied to this next trip. Rosalyn did not account for any of the money that was applied to the hotel and did not show any proof of application. On checking out at the hotel the receipts did not equate to the total credit we use with her. Leaving $500 left on the table. Rosalyn kept the money for herself. Rather than admitting to keeping the money for her services or for a bonus or anything, she continued to argue with us and tell us that we were out of line. I would not recommend these services as everything was inflated.
Even if you write the negative review, don't hold your breath Rosalind Smith will let it stay on her website. She is a flat out crook - doesn't care who she steals from or what her reputation is. Once she gets your money, forget about it. You would do better booking on your own instead of paying over double with Superior Cruise and Travel
Previously, I’d used Superior Cruise and Travel (SCT) for my birthday trip and was delighted with the whole experience but that’s a different review. Recently, I was in a consult with them about making plans for my next birthday trip when life happened and I had to put everything on hold. I went from planning a birthday vacation to being homeless for 3 months. I explained that as much as I was looking forward to planning, I had to focus on finding a temporary place to stay until a new place had become available. It never occurred to me to consult with a travel agency as this wasn’t a vacation by any means, but surely enough, I was presented with options. SCT really stepped up and came through for me. It was completely unexpected that they would even be a viable option for helping me but they did and it couldn’t have been a better experience. What would have been a stressful time, actually felt like a vacation. SCT arranged for my temporary housing in a nice hotel near work, and the accommodations even included a local shuttle so I didn’t have to drive to work. It was great. I highly recommend working with this company. They’re compassionate, fair, accommodating and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers’ needs.
I just got back from my family vacation to France and couldn't be more happy (and relaxed)! We used Superior Cruise & Travel from the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. Our agent was able to help us decide where to go and what to do based on our interests. This was our first time and didn't really know where to go. In a span of ten days we were able to visit and stay in Paris, Nice, Marseille and Normandy! Our flight actually got delayed 8 hours but with the help of our Travel Agent, we were able to extend our trip on the end to make up for inevitably lost time. I'm so happy we used this company to book our best family vacation yet. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
Worst customer service. Book a trip in 2020, then covid took the world by storm. Was forced to move it to 2021. Had to take a different job and lost all vacation time had with previous company. Then moved it but they already took more money out so we couldn’t take the exact trip. Then had to change jobs again and my wife lost her job. Was told sorry and we ended up loosing 5,000 dollars and no refund was given. Worst customer service and thinking of suing.Glad you can reply with emails. I’m short I don’t care about policies or what was said. In reality you took over 4,000 and didn’t return a dime.
We had a trip planned to Italy for April of 2020, when Covid hit. After waiting now over a year and a half, and after multiple calls and emails, we are still waiting for all of our refund. We received back only 50% from this travel agency, so still looking for over $5000, despite an email from this travel agency's general manager stating my "eligible outstanding refund due" was $11,606. I have been given multiple excuses....
We were all set to go to Universal Studios on our own but missed our flight! Stuck in the airport, without another flight out today I stared calling travel agents. My agent, booked us on the spot. New air. Added a car. Extended our stay and saved our vacation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for cleaning up our vacation mess. We will always book with Superior rather than do it ourselves. Thanks a million.
Booked a trip before covid was told I would be receiving a refund after being told they can no longer issue a refund I booked a weekend trip to Florida using a 2500 credit. A car rental shockingly was over the limit for the credit. Submitted my credit card info for the balance was charged three times one being the correct amount and two other charges I’m now having to dispute. Will never use this agency again! Horrible experience! I come to find the charge was actually from bedsonline for a hotel an additional 220$ to my card which should have came off through my large credit. Super frustrating!
Superior travel booked a group trip down the Rhine River for this past September. The trip was cancelled due to Covid. They have not refunded the groups money with some of our friends receiving no refund while others receiving 50%. Do not use these guys as there is a lawsuit pending and probably another coming to collect.
Here’s my reviewWe had a ten day vacation in Hawaii. Before leaving, I talked to multiple people about the room/bed setup being incorrect. They told me that the beds couldn’t be changed because of the code that was used when booking. We were able to make the corrections by ourselves once we arrived at the resorts. I spoke with Rosalind about this the day before we left and she was to email me an updated itinerary. I never received it on that Tuesday. There was also a discrepancy at both resorts about breakfast being included. I was told multiple times by Sheryl that they were included at both resorts. Rosalind said she checked the taped phone calls and nothing was ever mentioned about breakfasts being included. I guess I was lying about that. I also had to call Rosalind about transportation from the airport to the resort and transportation from the resort back to the airport for our next flight. None of this information was ever given to me. I didn’t appreciate a phone call from Rosalind at 3:00am Hawaiian time. She knew what time it was when she called me and then said I didn’t expect you to answer. My daughter gave a review that was blocked by Superior and I was told by Rosalind that she needed to tell the truth. Well she was told the truth by me. I would not use this agency again for a trip. All was good when I was dealing with Sheryl but once she left I was passed from person to person to get any information.
We had planned our Hawaiian vacation for over a year. When our original agent left, we were never really given another agent to work with. Our attempts to contact someone about travel details the week before our trip was difficult. When we arrived at the hotel, first we were told that one if our 3 rooms were cancelled. Then we did not get a room with a king bed, as was what the agent said we would get. Then we were informed that our package(at this hotel and the next) diss not include daily breakfast as was originally promised. The owner of the company called us at 3:00am on our vacation to tell us we can try to charge our breakfast to the room and see what happens 😕. We would not recommend this agency to anyone.
Just spoke with Rosalyn Smith to book our flight and hotel to Ghana. She was very polite and attentive. I am hoping to have a great experience with Superior travel without any issues. So far was quoted a great feasible price to Africa. Thanks Rosalyn for the welcoming experience asking all my questions and getting everything I needed in one phone call. I usually do not give a review until the end but I am confident Superior will provide all my future needs in a professional manner as such as today.
Fred Avery was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even during the trip. It was my first time abroad so I called a lot. He answered all my questions in detail, and was available when I needed him during my vacation. I will definitely be using him again!
Please ignore Sevanaha Whitaker Post number one she had no business posting such lies. I purchased all the tickets for our family snd I have dealed eith a lot of agents before and never got the service I got from Sheryl Mymam. She was very to the point and if there was a problem she fixed it as soon as she found out infact the name change was a problem cause she had to change both air and cruise but finally got it done and the problem was from two reason at the hotel. First the people checking in did not check in according to the rooms they were in on the cruise and second the hotel did not catch it until Sheryl called within 10 minuets of the call from Karen Primmer and they figure out that the very first person who checked in started the snow ball. I, Carole Driscoll’s was suppose to land first but my plane was detained buy 3 hour non of which was Sheryl fault airlines do that sometimes because of weather was the case here and so I couldn’t instruct the people how to check in. This was not again Sheryl it was the hotel not having there ducks in order. When Sheryl got thru with them they fixed the problem and gave us a free brunch to compensate which they did not have to do. The bus picking us up to take us to the port picked us up like he was suppose to very nice driver and The company just didn’t really have a bus to accommodate 25 people and there bags since some backed all but the kitchen sink. From the time I booked the cruise to just before we left my son fell and broke both his heels so he was wheel chair bound Sheryl changed there state room to a handicap room at last minuet with no hassle or money involved then my grandson was picked for all stars and at his age that was more important than the cruise. I figured I was out the money for plsne and cruise but I asked Sheryl if my granddaughter could bring her friend to take his place. Again this was 2 days before the cruise. Sheryl did wonders she got the cruise to change the reservation and I was out just the plane fare which he could use later if he wishes and was able to get a plane ticket on the same plane with the group from Oregon.I want to say Sheryl had her hands full cause she was dealing with 35 people from 4 different states and if all that happened was spelling of names which I gave her then wow not to bad. This women made sure that everyone got where they were going at the right time I even cslled her the last day of the cruise to see if we were getting the same bus going back to the air port since the driver didn’t give us any information. I would recommend Sheryl Mymam to everyone I know cause she is the most caring person she is there to please you snd st your beckcome call. Thank you and I’m so sorry for they review my granddaughter gave I can see she is being very ungrateful
