Very poor customer service that takes days for them to answer a message. I purchased a phone January 15th and received a phone that won't charge. January 28th I let them know about the problem. They asked for a picture or video showing the phone plugged in so they can try to diagnose the problem. Their site only allows a small file size so the video had to be short. I sent both a short video and a picture then they wanted a longer video telling me I can use a video compression or resizing app to send them a video. This continued back and forth while taking them several days to respond each time. I was finally able to get them to accept me returning the phone for a warranty replacement but I'm still waiting for them to reply and send the phone. It has been nearly 2 months since the phone was originally purchased and haven't been able to use. The phone numbers they have listed you can't get a live person on the phone and is only automated.

Worst I have ever seen.
This is worst company for getting issues resolved. It may take up to 2 weeks to speak with a company rep then you are told your phone only has 15 days of warranty when the phone was damaged upon receipt. If I could rate 0 I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am totally disappointed with their Customer services.

I have a life line phone that the screen fell off of ... I call to get a new phone and after three times sitting on hold for an hour each time and finally getting a human on the phone he acts like he can't hear me though I'm on a land line that never has any problems.... Hung up in me... This has to be the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with... T mobile is not any better.... Deal with any company other than this one.... No way to. Leave a call back number so you sit and wait for hours on end only to have the. Disconnect from the calls over and over.... I can't leave no stars or I would.

I would rate negative stars if I could. I applied online, received a broken phone, tried reaching Tag Mobile by sending a ticket in and they couldn’t find an account??? I’ve tried numerous times and when I call the hold times are ridiculous to get a customer service representative on the phone. I am going to mail the broken phone to Tag Mobile and let them figure it out since they can’t find an account with my enrollment ID and my personal information.

The service itself seems to be good enough considering I don't have to pay for it but what really bothers me is I can't log into any of the systems that tell me my service usage or when my service is going to be implemented or anything of that nature and in order to find that information I have to physically talk to somebody I can't just text 611 & type "usage" like all other phone services no I have to physically call them and speak to somebody. extremely annoying, so annoying I'm not even going to bother because all the information I used to set up the account I use for every single account I have. yet their system says my information is wrong I know it's not wrong because I can manage to log into everything else (not to mention Google saves that information for me so if I did put it in there wrong Google would still be able to get me in) so something is odd on their end and now I have to physically talk to somebody who isbprobably going to be condescending and will trigger me into being rude and I'm just not willing to do it. so thank you for the phone service that works sometimes and the phone that has a mind of its own and likes to randomly start ringing and not stop until I remove the battery at the worst times possible and no I'm not going to read your guidelines for reviews, a review is supposed to be an honest opinion and I'm not going to let you doctorate my opinion to suit your companies unrealistic views and agenda. And furthermore I'm sure upon reading this you will understand why I refuse to talk to customer service. my refusal is both for my sake and a poor soul responsible for taking my call.

I've been on hold for around 3 hours after YOU HUNG UP. and I called back! STILL on hold. ONE OF YOU NEED TO TALK TO ME. i WANT to know where my order for upgrade is. IF it went through... says it did. You supply no tracking or receipts. I will go to court and bury you. SO, unless you get in touch or accually have someone answer... I'll hold it all, your stealing at this point... GIVE ME PROOF.

Takes an hour on hold to get in touch with them on average. Customer service is terrible and inconsistent at best. They ship using FedEx economy. They have tracking info for FedEx but when it gets transferred to USPS, they can't track delivery. My phone was lost and they are submitting a request that can take up to 30 days. If you want to be without your phone for a month choose TAG mobile service.

This is the absolute worst phone service i have ever had wait time to talk to a agent for over an hour multiple times then I never get anything resolved… i paid for a phone over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped the price was 45$ but they changed me 89$ makes absolutely no sense and they don’t care to fix mistakes… save your time go with any other service you can’t get worse service.

absolute trash/scammy company. i am on social security disability for life after 19 surgeries. i probably OVER qualify for the lifeline free phone thing they offer. i went to their website and signed up. double checked everything. dotted my Is, crossed my Ts. they required a ton of proof to show that im who i say i am, and that i qualify. i sent them my drivers license, SS card, medicare and medicaid cards ect. in about 30 seconds, i got a email saying that i was denied due to my birthday on my drivers license not matching what i entered on my application. im like "well, ok, i do have fat fingers, maybe i hit the wrong number" so i went onto their website and reviewed my application. sure enough EVERYTHING WAS A PERFECT MATCH. they sent me an email asking me to resend the proof, so i did. aout a week later i got another email asking me to resubmit my proof. again, i did. i then AGAIN get another email asking me to resubmit my proof. i did again, and this time, i decided to call them. after going thru a impossible menu on their system, and having to call them back 7 tmes to get it right, i finally got an option to speak to someone. i sat on hold the first time i called 45 minutes. no one came on. figured ok, their prob busy ill call in a day or two. called them back. navigated the menu again, and sat on hold an hour. this repeated 7 times over the following MONTH, each time, waiting on hold from 30 minutes to over 2 hours ( yea TWO HOURS AND 7 MINUTES TO BE EXACT) and STILL havent ever been able to get thru to their customer service. i dont know about you, but ut to me, thats completely unacceptable. i finally after 6 weeks abandoned my application. the company seems scammy to me, wanting copies of all this personal info stuff, but not supplying the phone nor even having any avenue to actually get someone on the phone. ill be watching my accounts and credit very closely for awhile, just to make sure someones not trying to open accounts in my name. now, im not the only one whos had these issues. next time your on facebook and see their ad, read the comments. the ones who say they had good service? click on their accounts. youll find them wih one or two friends, and that their new accounts, guaranteed made by the tag mobile people so they dont look bad, but on the same threads, youll see more people saying the exact same stuff i have. your all adults im sure, you do you, either way think twice before sending tag mobile ANY personal info.

you will be on the phone waiting for hours- until you finally give up. they never answer.my phone was stolen- no way to report it or have it locked down. wont let you add data when you run out due to site glitches. Ive tried a laptop, desktop, and mobile phone. its the site.absolutely ridiculous

I received the phone just fine. This phone is a pos! It freezes up constantly.. then when I dropped it not only did it crack but the phone spit completely in half between back cover and the part of the screen part. And now the phone doesn't have ass work. I have had lots of photos and never fallen apart like this pos. And now the speaker doesn't work and It'.doesn't Ring for calls and texts

My phone started glitching, goes black and can't turn it on at times. i've tried calling holding on for an hour just to see if anyone would pick up. Never did. Worst service I have ever dealt with. They should tell people they dont have any customer service!!!!!!!!
