Luxury Equipment Without Repair Guarantee
rarely write negative reviews, especially about premium brands. However, my experience with Technogym has been deeply disappointing.I invested in high-end Technogym equipment at a significant cost, expecting durability, long-term serviceability, and premium customer support. The equipment was barely used and practically new when it became non-functional.Over the course of more than a year, I repeatedly contacted customer service. I was asked multiple times at least eight separate occasions to provide serial numbers, photos, and videos, which clearly indicates a lack of internal coordination and proper case management.Eventually, a technician visited my home, evaluated the machines, and confirmed they could be repaired. I was sent a quotation of approximately $4,850 for replacement parts, which I approved and paid. I then waited more than two months for the parts, being told they were delayed or held in customs. After persistent follow-ups, I was informed that the equipment could not be repaired because the necessary parts are no longer produced. Both the treadmill and the bike model had been discontinued. This leads to the most concerning issue:When purchasing equipment from Technogym, customers should clearly understand that if a model is discontinued, the company may no longer manufacture replacement parts and your expensive equipment may become impossible to repair, regardless of how lightly it was used. For products in this price category, long-term service support should be guaranteed. Being told that premium equipment cannot be repaired simply because production stopped raises serious concerns about sustainability, reliability, and long-term investment value. The lack of coordination between technical staff and corporate offices, the acceptance of payment for parts that were ultimately unavailable, and the prolonged delays reflect a level of service that does not align with the expectations of a global luxury brand.Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Technogym as a dependable long-term investment.

Running out of usable machines!!
Our Gym in Rustington has in excess of 7 Tecnogym machines currently out of order. If this is not resolved it looks to me like it will have to close.Things are soo bad that the Gym has put up signs saying that they cannot get anything resolved as Technogym cannot offer any service. How bad is that

Don’t purchase from Technogym but the equipment is at our local gym, the customer service appears to be terrible, the local gym has been waiting 6 weeks for equipment to be fixed.

If I could give them zero I would.
We have a gym fitted out with all technogym equipment in our lifestyle village and we have had two items out of service for over 6 months. Apparently getting parts is nearly impossible according to our manager. Terrible service and unreliable. Not recommended.

A very expensive, poor quality piece of kit
A very expensive piece of equipment that does nothing to justify the cost. I have had x3 bands snap and , at a cost of £81 to replace each band, it is proving a folly of a purchase. Technogym support is quick and polite, but just like the equipment more frills than substance Avoid.

Technogym app and Samsung🤣
Can't get The Technogym App to work with my Samsung Phone or watch. After 2 days of trying i rang Technogym. First they tried to fob me off😠 but after a bit of quizing they admitted the Technogym app is not compatible with any Samsung product including all watches, this kinda blew my mind🤯 as it's marketed as being compatible with Samsung products. If someone from Technogym reads this, please sort your act out.Remove the options to sync with samsung products from your app untill it actually works!

Technogym a rip off company
Unfortunately We bought a Technogym treadmill and paid thousands for it. With a minimal use it started making noise. We contacted them and they after seeing video quoted to repair and replace that part for £ 220. After engineers visit we were sent another demand of payment of 628 pounds to replace the motor. We objected and demanded our money back which is £ 220 but they refused to pay us back. They initially asked to bank transfer there is no other way you can pay them this is a trick. No we are in dispute to get money back from them. We have decided to go to escalate to get the money bank and we are determined to do it. This company is run by crooks and I wonder how they obtained licence to sell their substandard products in UK market. I would warn everyone to be careful getting into their trap.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from the company regarding my issue. Half of my order was missing, and when I contacted customer service, I was told that someone would work on the problem and follow up with me. However, I never received any email confirmation or update. It has been over a week, and I still don’t know whether I will receive the missing items or a refund. This level of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Product Not Fit For Purpose and Technogym unable to fix
Months and months after new bikes were purchased from Technogym and installed at Virgin Active Salford, the products are still not fit-for-purpose. The machines constantly freeze and Technogym have been unable to fix the (presumed) software problem. The result is that during a session the user has to repeatedly unplug the unit, lose the workout progress, to unfreeze the screen.

No service period
I am a member of a gym that uses their equipment. Service order put in on equipment and one month later still no service! Wondering if this is a company of salesman who over promise and under deliver!

Waste of money, not sturdy, absurdly expensive to fix
The machine is ok while it works. Not much better than a Concept2 ( i owned both)The problem is that when it breaks is absurdly expensive to fix. Furthermore, it is very difficult to fix by yourselfA screw under the seat of my machine broke and they budgeted $630 to fix it (around 60% of a new concept2). So, i will simply donate to an institution that has the capacity to fix itIt looks nice, so my advise, take it a picture and row in a concept2

Multiple issues with Technogym- i bought the Cross Personal $20k (!)1. After 20 times using the equipment pieces already falling off2. Customer assistance non responsive and useless3. This piece of equipment does not come with front bars and therefore you can not use it for a number of their own training sessions!! They effectively know this and hide it from customers4, Looks great but ergonomically poor design

The design is perfect
The design is perfect, and the operation is convenient. It truly deserves to be called a top sports brand in the world of fitness equipment! The high-quality products and comprehensive and efficient service, the meticulous and patient sales staff, the professional assistance with on-site moving, and the excellent technicians who worked until 8 pm are all very grateful to us. In Australia, this is the first time I've seen a brand that doesn't consider closing time to provide comprehensive and high-quality service to its customers. I will recommend Technogym to my friends.

Ridiculous parts Support
Hey Team, pls find my payment in your account. Then pls send me the parts I have requested for two months now and have now been paid for.If my payment is not sufficient to secure the dispatch of the requested parts, then pls refund my payment and stick your parts up your ass.I have never experienced such an utterly ridiculous process. Why on earth would anyone buy your product if this is the process you must endure to get replacement parts.Seriously, WTF

Absolutely had the worst experience…
Absolutely had the worst experience with Technogym , I purchased a couple of pieces ,one being an elliptical had it less than a year and had an issue with a part wearing out prematurely. The original lady I dealt with was exceptional to deal with . Since then the unit pedals on both sides collapsed and cracked due to in my opinion not having proper support built in reached out to company and all they offered was excuse after excuse refusing to replace them I am going to have to purchase replacement parts as they say it’s cosmetic??? I personally feel it’s a vital part of the elliptical !! Anyway needless to say I am less then satisfied with how they chose to deal with the situation! It has nothing to do with the cost of the parts it the principal !!! Stand behind your product !!!!! Seems to me they are more interested in saving 100 dollars versus keeping a customer happy!! My bad for not having read their fine print !!! Sad let’s just say I won’t be replacing my next unit with a technogym machine!!!! Well company replied , sent them an email see where it lands ?? Follow up they have reached out , the lady addressed my concerns and they will be looking into my situation with their division and apologized for how things were dealt with . She has assured me that they will be replaced and I have since received a work order to that effect!! They do build nice equipment I must say I just am disappointed that I had to take it to social media to get results . It does show me that we do have a voice however !! I trust that I won’t have any further issues with them in the future, at least I hope I don’t so with that I would still recommend the exercise equipment !!! Just need to do better with dealing with customers concerns post sale that’s my thoughts on the matter . So for the care team’s response I am going to change my rating to 4 stars for how they took the time to listen and deal with the my issues!!!!! 😊👍

No response from support over 2 weeks now
I reported some faulty software on a gym machine over 2 weeks ago. The gym reported this to technogym.Over 2 weeks from when it was reported to technogym and no response.I have phoned them and emailed them myself and get no more respons than saying it has been reported.Hopeless outfit and no help.Since my review and contact with technogym the device has been fixed by the local staff after a phone call from technogym support. A simple fix.Thank you technogym but it was a simple fix that could have been sorted over 2 weeks ago.

4 months out of warranty cycle and they want to charge $900 up front to come out and fix. High End I very much doubt it. Cheap rubbish with an over the top price tag. Never again.

I bought a Technogym Vario Excite elliptical trainer to my home gym. It came with a number of hardware and software problems and I have had technical service personal twice and it is worse then ever still waiting for parts and the software issues still remains. Not premium quality.

Don't do gym machines
The machines sucks. Especially the leg curl and the pec fly machines. It feels like I am going to break my legs on the leg curl. And for some reason my gym is filled with them. Technogym SUCKS!!!!1/5
