Appalling attitude from 'couldn't care less bar staff.' Ordered a beer, it came flat as you know what, asked the barman to change it, he simply topped it up to overflowing then handed it back saying 'not flat that, there's head on it.' Wouldn't recommend it on any account. Used to eat regularly at Telford's but my how things have changed for the worse.
Worst steak ever
Have to say I will never use this place, we parked to drop a few things off to my son who is at Uni, with a view to eating there 15mins later. We returned to the car to find a sticker saying this is private land and your reg is noted. Went into the pub to discuss and I have to say the response was not customer led.
Offensive behaviour at Telford’s and the lady Nikki the door said she’d “slamming dan me if I didn’t give her a swing of my drink”. Whatever slamming dan means, it’s in appropriate.
