I had a good experience with TeraTutors. They helped me better understand the material I was struggling with. Which helped me feel less overwhelmed and loved I had more free time. The tutors were amazing and supportive, I felt comfortable asking for help. Scheduling and response times could improve but overall I’m happy with their services.
I wish I knew Tera Tutors before. So far, I have I have worked with two of their tutors and its nothing short of amazing. I would recommend anyone struggling with their courrse
I hired Teratutors for my Nursing course. Doin the last exam this week and everything has been so smooth. I was paired with a tutor called Caleb and he has been nothing but the best🙏

Steve is my tutor and he has communicated well with me and the past 5 courses was completed with 100% satisfaction. Teratutors have given me time back from school to spend with my family and my two 8yr old sons. Thanks for the service you provide. There is no price that can be put on time spent with family.
Absolutely Terrible.horribly ineffective - The initial indication of my experts ineffectiveness came from my own experience as of 01/2026 & I am going to articulate the deficiencies - as short as possible.The expert I was assigned, John, lacked consistent communication and timely feedback. Several assignments were turned in late or never completed, little notice given if a system issue was to arise and graded work was returned with low scoring and when asked, was told excuse after excuse. Does not follow rubric and grading guidelines for assignments . Reaching out to the company for assistance is a waste of your time. These issues made it impossible to score higher than a C in the course. Suggested improvements: NONE. Stay away from Teratutors, pay a little more with another company, because you will pay for it in the end. In addition, for the missing assignment that he was not able to complete, I had to reach out to another company and pay them a separate fee for each additional missing assignment just to give my grade a slight advantage, versus an F for the missing assignments he had not completed.
If you are looking for help with proctored exams make sure you’re double checking if your school still administers it. I was assigned to Peter & Tera tutors DID NOT warn me that straighterline NO LONGER administers proctored exams beginning AUGUST 2025 before I submitted my payment. It was a hassle getting a refund back , but they did issue one 6-7 days later after constant communication ! I do not suggest making payments through Cashapp !
Teratutors is a great service. John is very helpful, competent, attentive, kind and smart. I recommend TeraTutors if you need help on any assignments or projects.
I was referred to them by my sister who had used them before. I'm currently working with Steve and he's so on point. I'm very thankful for this company and for him. I can only speak on my experience as this is my 1st one and a good one. Definitely will use them again for my educational needs. You have to apply and ask questions within.
The services provided are such a convenience and allows for more free time. The response time is fast and hwlp provided is above and beyond expectations.

Steve is the best! He always responds quickly when I message him. When an assignment changes he never complains. He’s very dependable. You do your part and communicate with him he will definitely do his part. I will definitely be asking for him on future classes
Do not waste your money. You would be better off taking the class yourself. Essays are submitted using AI, and professors can detect this. They also forget to submit assignments on time. So again, trust me, you will be better off taking the class yourself.

They submit assignments late, Then will use A.I to write your papers. They are awful. Wont give refund and school will take action towards you for cheating with A.I.Update they process refund to prevent paypal from closing their account. Since processing refund they have constantly sent me unwanted messages about removing my review. This is crazy, the refund was the right thing to do, the experience i had was awful so im not sure why they expect me to not warned my fellow students. I had to block two numbers already because they are basically harassing me. Now i am receiving an email from trust pilot that they are asking for more information. The only information i have is that students should stay away.
