Fast and accurate
I’ve ordered in the past and started ordering lately with Christmas coming up. The prices and authenticity of the products can’t be beat. Timeliness is excellent. You can be sure that when they get your order they are right on it. I’m in NJ so I receive my products in 2-3 days.

I ordered a sample from here a while back. The packaging it came in was very nice, the presentation and the bottle itself were good as well. (It also arrived in about 4 days, faster than a fragrance sample I had ordered from somewhere else about a week and a half prior, no extra charge). I ended up disliking the fragrance itself, so I emailed them asking for other recommendations. Did not expect the guy who actually runs the business to get back almost immediately, with some good recommendations. Ended up trying samples of Le Male Elixir, Azzaro TMW Parfum, and they were amazing. I’ve since gotten more and that service and delivery speed remained consistent. The service is personable and very quick, something I’m not really used to online so that was a pleasant surprise. The spray bottles themselves are far better than every other sample site that I tried. If you want fast delivery, great service, and the best quality on your samples….Get them from here. No other site really compares. This place is fantastic.

I’ve got to admit it’s the best around. 50ml of fragrance for around 100 quid on a 400 quid aftershave you can’t go wrong. Legit aswell came very quick can’t fault them

Excellent customer service
I ordered from The Fragrance Sample Shop and received my order well packaged and on time. Unfortunately one of the spray bottles would not work correctly. I emailed the company and received a very quick response. They not only offered to send a replacement sprayer at no charge but gave me a coupon to use for future purchases. Jonah in customer service was very pleasant and prompt. I enjoy doing business with people who care about customer service. This experience definitely makes me want to go back for future purchases. This is the best site to go to for my fragrances when I want to try something new or don’t need the whole bottle! The customer service had been phenomenal, the packaging is professional, everything is explained excellently on the site to what is expected! My shipments come when expected and it always makes me feel like I’m getting surprises in the mail but things I love! I follow on instagram so I know if there’s what’s current because fun things are always put up there! I always get business cards with my orders! “Loves it,” 💚in my Paris Hilton voice!

A Dream Come True
I first discovered The Fragrance Sample Shop when I decided to try Creed Royal Water and almost passed out at the cost. Ta Da, The Fragrance Sample Shop to the rescue! I was thrilled. I got to try Royal Water (which I had read about in a book and had no idea what the scent was), the real thing at a price I could afford and I didn’t have to purchase an entire bottle only to discover I didn’t like it. I loved it. Then I decided to sample some scents I had heard about, but could never afford. What fun. My orders came carefully packaged and labeled. I received them quickly, so……. I recently bought the largest sample of Royal Water available and am awaiting its arrival. Can’t wait to spritz the luscious scent on myself once again. One of the best things about The Fragrance Sample Shop for me, is if I should read a reference to a perfume in a book I can order a decently priced sample and find out what the characters in the book smelled like. Also, I appreciate the table that gives an estimate of how many spritzes per bottle size.Thank you for such a fantastic shop. Just wish I had discovered it earlier.
