Poor Customer Service and Deceptive Practices
I enrolled in an online course with The Hotel Florist™ and paid in full for one program. Despite meeting all financial obligations for that course, the company has denied me access to the content, even after multiple follow-ups over several months. Separately, I enrolled in another program with a payment plan but chose not to continue after the first month due to personal reasons. When I pointed out that the checkout page lacked terms and conditions at the time of my purchase, the company later altered the page and used the modified version to claim I had agreed to terms that did not exist. I provided clear evidence disputing the debt to both The Hotel Florist™ and their collection agency, including a video of the original checkout page. Neither the business nor the collection agency has responded to my dispute or restored access to the course I fully paid for. This experience reflects poor customer service and troubling business practices. I cannot recommend The Hotel Florist™ based on my experience.
