I WISH I could give these clowns a minus 100. Can you say SCAM? They had a person from Comutive Lending email and call me. They offered me the following:Loan Summary• Loan Amount: $20,000• Interest Rate: 7%• Term Length: 120 months• Estimated Monthly Payment: $232.22Please take a moment to review the full terms and conditions provided in your loan agreement.⸻Security Options – Choose One to ProceedTo move forward with processing, please select one of the following options:⸻Option 1: Asset-Based CollateralSecure the loan using an eligible asset such as real estate, a vehicle (model year 2023 or newer), or other property of equal or greater value.Note: The asset must be fully owned—not mortgaged, financed, or under lien.Appraisal Timeline: Typically requires 10–14 business days for verification and approval.⸻Option 2: Security Insurance CoverageSubmit a one-time deposit of $1,557.25 to activate six (6) months of loan protection coverage.This coverage offers support in the event you are temporarily unable to make monthly payments due to qualifying circumstances such as:• Illness• Job loss• Injury or unexpected hardshipNote: Once verified, loan funds are typically released within 45–60 minutes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
I haven't heard back from them since I applied for a loan a few days ago. I tried send emails and all I got back was "Thank you, we have received you request for , we appreciate your interest and your inquiry is very important to us. Someone from our staff will reply to your inquiry via email or telephone as soon as possible. In the meantime, feel free to visit our website for more information, or call directly if your concern is time-sensitive." So haven't I received this email a couple times I cal them and it was an automated message saying "this number isn't available in your region during these hours" then rings once and then all I hear is a beeping dial tone. Don't bother wasting your time. This place is most likely a scam of some sort.
