Dreadful organisation
Dreadful organisation. Web page is non responsive, almost impossible to contact customer service and, when I did, no response. As far as I am concerned they took money that they were not entitled to. The location they put on the site was wrong, tried to rectify immediately but field on the web page failed to respond to my request to change. Sent an email advising that location was inaccurate. Received loads of introductions, none of which were valid because the location stated that I was just outside of London. Then tried to cancel within the 14 day period but, because I couldn't contact the customer service immediately, and had already wasted time trying to alter my profile, the 14 day expired. Cancelled and asked for refund stating that I was willing to pay one month as a gesture of good will, but wanted the remainder of the money returned. Not even the courtesy of a response. I would advise anyone to avoid this dating site there are others much better, particularly those with a more responsive web page and a far better customer service.

Awful site, few people,cancel is nightmare. Membership finished months ago. went on site, clicked off and was given 3 days free and signed up for a years membership without wanting it, told 48 hours before I can cancel. fake profiles. Avoid

Don't look for love In all the wrong places!
Finally got rid of this website,once and for all!after months on end, don't be vulnerable,no respect is shown,for you,you're private details,I'm sure they shunt,you around,different sights,and make jokes!I had the sense to close off,but couldn't get rid,it was stressfull,even frightening.Please don't let them cat fish you,.....and worse,of all take you're financial details,)some people have onset dimentia,or are lonley,I'll or simply desperate for a friendship.wish you well.

Unsuitable matches, disregard of filters.
Despite the filters regarding age and location, this site just sent out what seemed to be random matches that were completely unsuitable. When told about they said they were 'sorry about my experience', but nothing changed. It really was a complete waste of money.
