They suck brought tickets for the…

They suck brought tickets for the timeless tour ;now $500 out of pocket ,would never use ticket fairy again or use them always brought through ticketmaster and ticketek no problems with a refund ,Both the promoter and ticket fairy are dishonest and should pay back everyone's money .

Tickets not received by seller

I bought over $200 on tickets for a Baseball tournament extremely important for my kid, and on the same date of the event they cancel the order because the seller did sent me the tickets. I ask, what is the guarantee? Why I depend on the seller? How this company allows the deliver on the same date? Why they don't have the tickets on hold at least? We travel for over an hour, and on the parking lot of the event I received the email. My kid was crying and super frustated.

Watch out for scam

Watch out for scamIn September, I purchased three tickets for the Swan Lake show through TicketCity, for 10/12/24 @ 7:00 PM and paid over $500. I received the tickets by email for the same time and date. But later I received another email telling me that they had changed the time to 2 PM without our consent. They also said I should use the original tickets for the new time meaning 2pm. I called them and talked to an agent, but the agent said she can’t change but will try and let me know, However, nothing happened. I called again, prior to the event and talked to another agent and she said everything is okay for 7pm showtime and will send me a new ticket for the 7 PM show. However, when I opened the new link she sent me, I realized it was the same ticket for 2pm. So, I called back and talked to another agent to confirm that the ticket was good for 7 pm but he said No, the time was 2 pm and he could not change it. I asked him why they changed our tickets time without my consent and I want a refund, he said they don’t give refunds and advised me to “Resell” the ticket. This is not professional, and it is unacceptable that they treat their customers so poorly. They have no right to change the time of the tickets without the ticketholder’s consent. This is called scam. We let American Express to deal with them.

Honestly go with StubHub or another…

Honestly go with StubHub or another ticket reseller. I bought tickets trusting this company. I paid a higher price for a certain section and when the tickets dropped, I had a different section and their customer service could’ve cared less basically said oh well. Their best advice was to resell them! Honestly, who would pay that price knowing where the section is ridiculous?

Excellent service, can't fault it.

I bought tickets on the morning of the concert in the UK. Are this point it was 10 hours before the concert start. At 2pm (8am CST), which was 4 hours before the concert began, I contacted on live chat and was helped by Cameron, who gave me a phonecall to discuss my options as the seller was not confirming the tickets. He found alternative tickets and the difference in office was covered by ticket city, or offered to return my money. I accepted the alternative tickets and received confirmation of this immediately. 45 minutes later, having not had a transfer email, I contacted again on live chat and spoke to Mayank who was able to get the seller to transfer tickets immediately to me. The tickets were in my Ticketmaster account within 5 minutes. Cannot fault the service.

We got our tickets a hours before game

We got our tickets a hours before game. I ordered these 4 months before game. 2 days before i was chatting with customer service. They assured me that my tickets would be emailed me before the game. This is a SCAM. They wait until it’s too late to see that they sent the wrong seats. Never again!!! These were not the seats we paid for. We went to Washington to see Nationals v/s Phillies. My grandsons first mlb game. The tickets we got was for the last top row in stadium. We ordered and paid for tickets for the 200 section not 400. We had to buy more tickets and we were able to be in section 100 a few feet from field. Oh and they were cheaper that the bogus tickets we received. BEWARE!!

Horrible Experience

After purchasing tickets and incurring travel expenses to the event we were informed just hours before the show that the seller couldn't produce the tickets. I would not recommend using ticket city

Parking pass sold with wrong information

Leo in Chicago who sold parking ticket said parking pass for yellow lot for today's Houston Rodeo event would be available for pickup by noon. John in customer service said that MIGHT be possible BUT seller has 2 hour before an event to make tickets available. I would not have purchased the parking pass if that were told to me by Leo as I plan to enter the venue much before the entertainment event at 6:45.

Rip Off - Triple Their Own Price

RIP OFF - Should be 0 or negative starsBought tickets to performance through them by mistake as I was unable to get to the venue directly on my phone. It turned out that they changed double the cost of the venue and with their added fees it came to more than triple the cost. They then went out and bought the tickets directly from the venue (either themselves or via another party) at the normal official prices and sent them to us. I was able to go to the venue directly and saw what happened. They had no tickets in advance. We saw the same seats as being available earlier and then sold. I contacted Ticketcity but no refund as they said the tickets had already been purchased. This is how they do business and I was their mark.I will make sure NEVER to use them again.

You send me the wrong tickets

The ticket order was confirmed by Marvin, then received a call back about replacement tickets. The tickets are incorrect. I’ve been on hold more than 2 hours today. I’ve also tried to chat with Ticket City, and that was a huge waste of time (they told me to try and resell the tickets). Totally inconsiderate

Ticket City is a Scam

Don't do it. They charge your credit card and didn't have tickets available even with two months notice. Promised tickets by midnight the day before college football game that we travelled to see and despite five phone calls and two hours on hold between customer support staff, would not cancel my order despite asking multiple times during game day and still having no tickets. Purchased tickets that afternoon from another site Seat Geek with tickets loaded to phone in 3 minutes without an issue. Ticket city tried to issue us a set of tickets from a second then third seller without our permission 2 hours prior to the game that we would not accept. They couldn’t contact the original seller, or a second seller, and tried to give us other seats from a third seller after we had purchased tickets online from Seat Geek. This is a crooked company and scammers. Promised on our confirmation email two months prior to have tickets by the day prior to the game and would not allow a refund once those tickets never materialized. Horrible horrible horrible corrupt company when sellers won’t comply and shouldnt put buyer on the hook. Do not use them unless you want to lose sleep, get stressed, and like making multiple phone calls to customer service waiting for promised results, and being shuffled between operators on hold for 2-3 hours at a time on game day. Having to dispute past payment with credit card company.

Awful Experience with Ticket

Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.

They would not let me in the venue

They would not let me in the venue! They said my tickets were not valid! Somebody else was sitting in my seat. These tickets were double sold.
