I ordered 5 tickets but then I find out…
I ordered 5 tickets but then I find out I have to wait for ticket transfers. I don't know if the seats will be next to each other which is very important. Nor do I know when I will get all the tickets, so far, I only have 2 of 5. But you on the other hand got paid for the full 5.

High ticket prices
I thought I was buying concert tickets from the actually music hall. Once the concert got rescheduled because of illness of the artist, two of my party couldn't attend. I soon realized when I originally bought the tickets I was rerouted to a 3rd party vendor Ticket Center. I did not buy ticket insurance because the hall actually does refunds for cancelation purposes. I called ticket center and spoke to Jeff about my situation 23 minutes later he said I would be refunded my services fees $85.00 in 2-3 days. I haven't seen the refund yet on day four. They sell their tickets 3x the price higher.

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is total scam. Charged 3 times the cost of tickets and shame on me for not digging deeper before I purchased. Do your homework and find cheaper anywhere but here!

Buy Elsewhere, got baited off of Vivid Seat site, they disguise an add on Vivid Seat you think you clicking to purchase tickets and you get sent to their page. Pages look exactly alike. Said it was limited seats left which was a lie. Got charged twice as much for much better seats. I will put this shitty website on Blast.

Total scam
Total scam. Bought 4 tickets (sold for over $100 each) to Mountain Stage. Received a few emails saying tickets had been transferred, but there was no way to retrieve them. Tried logging into multiple links they'd sent. No tickets found anywhere. Had to buy new tickets ($35 each) at venue on day of event. They would not give a refund after multiple emails and online chats. Hoping my credit card company will refund the money. Very annoying and overpriced for supposed tickets that were never received!

On October 30, 2025, I purchased two tickets to what I believed to be “The Phantom of the Opera” at the United Theater on Broadway. However, we were deeply disappointed and misled when, instead of the musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber, based on the novel by Gaston Leroux, “The Phantom,” we were presented with a silent horror film from 1925 on the same theme, accompanied by an orchestra (this was not mentioned anywhere).From August through October 30, I received approximately nine emails from Tickets Center, yet nowhere was it stated that the performance would be a film.Thus, on October 30, my mother and my brother, like all the audience members in the beautiful theater, expected to spend the evening enjoying the brilliant, captivating arias of Webber’s musical and the virtuoso performances — but alas, we experienced great disappointment.Since we were blatantly and rudely deceived, I demand a full refund of $378 paid for the tickets, as well as reimbursement of $50 for parking.I would also like to inform you that this letter is the tenth one I have sent. Please reply.

BEWARE !!FRAUDULENT TICKETS SOLD AT TICKET CENTER!!
I purchased tickets for an event through Ticket Center . I received the tickets through a transfer from them into my ticketmaster account. However, ticketmaster emailed me and informed me that the tickets transferred from the Ticket Center were invalid fraudulent tickets and I could not use them for the event ! I was out $333.00 I called Ticket center for a refund since the tickets were fraudulent , and they would not issue it !!

TICKET-CENTER.COM ARE ABSOLUTE LOW LIFE THIEVES!!!!! THEY OVERCHARGED BY $500 HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR 3 TKTS AND THEIR SEATING CHART IS DECEPTIVE. WHILE I THOUGHT IWAS GETTING THE TOP PERFORMERS FOR CIRQUE DU SOLIEL THEY WERE THE TRAVELING LOW LEVEL PERFORMERS. AND WHILE I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING GOOD SEATING I HAD THE WORST SEATS IN THE HOUSE AT KRAVITZ. THEY DONT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THE PERFORMERS LEVEL BUT OVERCHARGE A PERPOSPEROUS AMOUNT OF MONEY. THE TICKET-CENTER PEOPLE SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY ARE DISCEPTIVE THIEVES.

TOTAL RIPOFF
TOTAL RIPOFF, Seating chart / location of tickets I purchased are completely bogus !! Seating chart IS NOT the actual seating chart for the concert I bought. Paid DOUBLE the actual ticket price for seats that are MUCH further away from the stage. Don't waste your money !!

I purchased tickets to a Baseball Game…
I purchased tickets to a Baseball Game that was listed for 1:00 pm. When I received the tickets, the time listed on the tickets was 6:00 pm. I don't drive at night, and I am 2-1/2 hrs from venue so I cannot attend at 6:00 game. Tickets Center said it was their policy to not issue refunds even though in this case it was their mistake. They listed the tickets wrong.

They couldn’t secure my tickets the day…
They couldn’t secure my tickets the day of the event and moved me to a different section. Confirmed those tickets and told me I’d get an email with the tickets. With less than 4 hours to the event start time, I got a call that they cannot fulfill my order and they canceled my tickets with no recourse or anything! I had friends from out of town come to spend tonight with me at this concert! No management help, no offer for additional section. Nothing but a refund. Then the rep with broken English hung up on me.

These people are scammers
These people are scammers. Do not purchase tickets here. Go to Ticketmaster.I don’t purchase many event tickets and accidentally bought tickets here. Lousy seats at three times the price. The event was postponed which I won’t be able to attend. They refuse to refund my money. I’m only able to resell the lousy tickets to some other unsuspecting person, sometime in the distant future when the concert is rescheduled. So basically I’m out the money. Scammers win.

My wife tried to buy tickets to the soccer tournament and inadvertently got into the ticket center site rather than the real tournament site. She paid $40 a ticket for tickets costing $10 on the real tournament site. No chance you can get a refund, this is exactly how they make money. THEIR SCAM!!!!!

Unfair prices and credit card data collection
Selling event tickets at highly inflated prices while collecting personal and credit card information during the transaction process. Extremely difficult to dispute the transaction after purchase, as the company positions itself as a third-party seller.Please, do not use this company under any circumstance
