Wow! What a difference new tile makes. Love it!
We recently replaced the carpet in our master bedroom and closet with tile. I knew I wanted to replace this builder's grade carpet with tile after living with it for 3 years. At Tile & Carpet World I was able to get the identical tile that was throughout the rest of our home. They stored the tile for 6 months prior to the install. When they came to give us an estimate they brought out a sample tile to make sure it matched our existing. On the day of the install they were here on time worked a very long 1st day and were finished the next afternoon. All the furniture was put back in place and the tile floor looked identical to the tile throughout our home. We were very pleased with everyone throughout the process and are very happy with the final results.

Wow!
Wow! What a great job! The minute we entered the store we were met by Shannon and her lovely smile. Behind that smile was a wealth of knowledge as she guided us thru our decisions. Next came a great estimator. He knew what to do and did it with ease and knowledge. He was such fun to talk with. The tilers--they were wonderful. They almost lived with us for a week and each day they came with a positive attitude. Never complaining--this Uncle and nephew were a fantastic team. All in all--wonderful job Tile & Carpet World!! Thank You!

I have used Tile & Carpet World on several occasions. They are very efficient, professional, and friendly. My most recent carpet install is everything I wanted. The install was done sooner than expected which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend Duane, Tina and staff for all your flooring needs. The best part is they stand behind their work which is a rare find these days.

HARD WORKING PEOPLE at THIS STORE!!!!!!!
I visited this store several times over the past few months looking for tile that would fit perfectly into the décor of my room. There was always someone there to greet me and help me, which is a big PLUS! I finally found the perfect tile and they were out within a couple of weeks and completed the job in two days during the Aug. heat! Everyone there works hard to make it happen for you! 5 STARS from this customer.

Installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile Floors in Our Home
We visited Tile and Carpet World and discovered that there were many outstanding choices of "Luxury Vinyl Tile" which could be installed on top of our older ceramic tile floor. What a bonus not to have to tear-out our existing flooring! Everyone at the store was extremely professional and friendly, Duane who did the measurements and price estimate took the time to explain the work that would be done and showed examples of the materials that would be used. Our installing team was wonderful and worked efficiently on every aspect of their phase of the project. When they left, all furniture was back in place and they had cleaned the entire area. Friends who have seen the new floors in our home are very impressed, thinking that it is hard wood. Our guests have been amazed that the new floor could be laid over original tile and be so attractive and solid.

Not a quality Tile installer. If you are working on a home and only want to save money, you will likely be ok. If quality is what you are looking for, you should look at other options.

Great Company/Super experience
Our carpet was installed by Jeff and Craig. They did a fantastic job. They were both very friendly and yet professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent clean up job at the end of the project.Our entire experience with Tile and Carpet World was outstanding from the initial estimate to final payment. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in a Tile or Carpet purchase and installation.

Excellent from start to finish!
We were impressed after our initial appointment with Duane for measurement. He was very friendly, thorough and informative. Tina and Samantha in the office were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The installers arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional. We had a great experience! Margie was very helpful in explaining what types of tile were needed and in helping me choose the color and design. Jay did the installation and did an outstanding job! We needed an entire remodeling job done in our master shower due to what was done incorrectly when the house was built in '04 after Charley. The fact that he has 30 years experience totally put us at ease; he was also very personable and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. We love our new shower!!

I was very pleased with the tiling of my lanai; Doug did an excellent job of laying out the tile, setting it, and Judd did the grouting. The job looks great! Both guys were very hard working and conscientious!!!
