These guys collect the money in advance and then don't collect the parcel on time! And its not collected until now...and now putting the blame on a third party, Aramex! Their service is the worst service ever...think twice before you book a courier with them.
They scheduled the delivery for 19 October but i did not receive the parcel. Not showing any updates when tracking the shipment. Useless site!!!
There are such a disgrace to this country. Big time liars and u professionals. They have my parcel for more than a week and I calm them so many times and no response. All was good till they looted our money and now no one take responsibility for their unprofessional service. This lady named Giselle is a disgrace for their team as she treats the client so arrogantly and unprofessional. Never ever waste your time on these guys.

Very bad, they will not deliver the shipment and then you have to chase them to refund you the amount now 2 weeks they don’t want to refund 70 AED, NOT RECOMMEND

Very bad experience. I sent a box of goods weighing 32.4kg on 17th March 2024 (Kerala). Delivery was agreed to be maximum 45/- days but despite waiting till 26th July 2024, the product was not received. When I went to the Sharjah branch on the basis that when I called the toll free number I was told that I can pay 20 dirhams per kilo as compensation, I got the amount after the full amount of their service charge. To my question how can they charge me without providing service they said this is our policy. Like this, I understand that even if the customer is not able to deliver the goods and only buys the service charge, he can earn a good amount of money.I lost Aed 220/- and my product actual value
Bad service. fixed appointment for delivery 2 days ago. I spent all day waiting for them, they did not come and did not notify me of any delay. Third day and still my shipment did not arrive

The level of service I received fell far below the standards I expected, and I believe it's essential for you to be aware of the issues I encountered.First and foremost, my package was subject to a significant delay without any prior notice or explanation from your company. This delay extended for several days, causing considerable inconvenience. It wasn't until much later that I received an update stating that the package was held by customs, and I was required to pay a specific amount for its release. Oddly, I hadn't received any communication from customs regarding this matter, leaving me perplexed and frustrated.My attempts to seek clarification and assistance through your customer service line proved equally frustrating. I was put on hold for over an hour and subsequently transferred to multiple representatives. Regrettably, the responses I received from your team were unhelpful, and there was a distinct lack of interest in resolving my issue. This only added to my frustration and sense of dissatisfaction.In summary, my experience with Time Express Courier Service has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, unresponsive customer service, and the apparent disregard for the condition and timely delivery of my package have left me with a decidedly negative impression of your company. Regrettably, I cannot recommend your services based on this experience.
Arranged a collection a few weeks ago Dubai to Dubai. They still didn’t collect and have not responded to my emails. I have asked for a refund and still no reply. Multiple staff reading the messages but no reply. I have since arranged for FedEx to collect and will keep asking for my refund.

I have arranged courier to collect a flute from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.I ended up getting broken pieces of the flute.Very very disappointed

Notified that the parcel is arriving but when I track again it's mentioned picked up. Can't even compared to Aramex and Emirates post. The latter two usually delivers parcel 5-6 days ahead of the estimated delivery schedule. And when they say they're coming they always arrive exactly on time.
Is it possible to leave less than 1 star ?. Do yourself a favor pick another company. Never arrived to pick up my package. Saying they're not receiving my emails for refund. Just terrible
