The worse company ever

The worse company ever. It took almost a year to cancel the services and still couldn't cancel services after what the representative asked us to write and email to their billing department. Then sales called again with a different company name on caller ID, my husband thinking it was Vivint. Titanium, this damm company is still trying to get money from us for the new services only by verbal contract and not with a written contract. Never sent us a contract to sign either. Now harassing us for $3000. Mind you the alarm system isn't even set up at our home. Our system is through Vivint. Don't sign up with this company, worse company and customer service ever.

I had gotten a 3 year contract and was told that I was buying the equipment so I got the extra coverage in case the equipment needed to be replaced. I had been checking in occasionally to see how much longer I had to go on the contract. So the month before my last payment I called check in and waited to see if I could put something in place so that it would automatically cancel at the end of the contract and was told that I had to call back after the end of the contract. Now keep in mind I was still waiting for a replacement ring doorbell for about a year at this point. When I did call them then it was now “I need to cancel before the end or you are automatically renewed for another year and that I was buying the equipment. Now if that was the case I would not been paying for the coverage for equipment if it broke down because it would be on them, I honored my end but they still have not replaced my ring doorbell and charging me for another year of service and might be charging another one after that because I am done with them and won’t be talking to them to even cancel at the end of this year they just added. I also sent them an email about canceling. I strongly suggest you don’t use them

I actually meant a 0 stars ⭐️ but had the worse experience worthless security system. Would always be down and even after we did our 3 year contract still could not get it deactivated. They always put you on hold for long periods of time and not resolve a thing.

Every Star above 1 is a lie

Every Star above 1 is a lie. They're paid to bring up this company. They are thieves and I used to pay with a Wells Fargo account until they took 3 payments in one month. Called BBB and canceled the card, and now pay with Chase bill pay. I've had to change Wells' card 3 times since then. Somehow, they keep getting it and taking money whenever they want. Currently, I have been on hold for over an hour to figure out my cancelation date. This is a horrible "company"

They always take care of any problems…

They always take care of any problems that my security system might have. I have had very few problems with Titanium Security. I would recommend Titanium Smart Home Security to anyone looking for a reliable security system.

If I could give it 0 I would

If I could give it 0 I would! This company wants to force you to renew the contract even if you pay the total for the mos left by raising your final bill with bogus fees. They sent me the final bill which is more than what the actual contract said for the whole term. I actually think they actually owe me because there were months they were charging different amounts than what I had signed up for and I’m not talking about late fees. Their justification for the over double increase of the final bill I was quoted at first over the phone was they paid to buy me out from my old Security System co. Which they never mentioned not once verbally or in the contract before I signed it. The service is horrible as you need 3 apps and still can’t get the camera app to function on my phone after I called them to fix it it went out again. In any case I reported them to the better business bureau. It’s insane. Everyone should be resorting them to the Better Business Bureau!!!! I would not recommend them in any circumstances!!!!!! Never!!!!!!

It's terrible

If there are minus five stars, I will give minus five stars. Choosing this company was the dumbest decision of my life. They don't care about the customer, and the service staff either can't be contacted at all, and they have a very bad attitude. From last year March when our service broke down to now, no one repaired, and this year when we wanted to delete the business because there was no one to provide services, we contacted the company many times, and the service staff always answered the questions that were submitted to the superiors. When we called the service hotline again in October this year, which was harder to call than the presidential hotline, the service staff actually said that we were liars, and we had not called them before. I hope you can understand how I feel, the kind of person who lies himself but insists that others are lying. I can't believe it's a place where right and wrong are reversed. The firm felt that we didn't want to spend more attorney fees on cases where the amount of money was not very large. But because the amount is small, is there no right or wrong? Is it possible to deny all the bad service and arrogant attitude?By the way, even though the equipment was damaged last year, we have been paying our bills on time. I'm 43 years old, and this is the first time in my life that I've given a bad review, because I'm always understanding the difficulties of service companies. But this company has pushed the limits of my endurance. When problems arise, they do not solve them first, but procrastinate, talk nonsense, shirk responsibility, and reverse right and wrong. How does this culture and philosophy support a company with service at its core?

Horrible Company!!!

Horrible Company!!!! I was tricked into a 5 year contract!!!! Do not use this company!!!! And now they are saying I renewed my contract!!! I am going to have to block them from taking money from my bank account… if I could I would give -5 stars!!!! Horrible company!!!!

Can't cancel monitoring service

I am living a nightmare trying to cancel. Called customer service multiple times to cancel. They told me a ticket has been submitted to cancellation department and they will call. All I got so far is crickets. I asked for their direct number and they said they don't have one. All they have available is an email address. What good is an email address if they don't respond. No cancellation direct phone number is fishy to me. I have filed complaints to Bureau of investigative services, BBB and Alarm.com.

Lack of Knowledge on consumers keep them in business. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS NEEDED!!! Inappropriate bank drafts, lies by Customer Reps, failure to answer or respond to calls during customary acceptable business hours; failure to follow up with existing complaints, will not fix equipment issues unless you pay their $50 or more service fee in advance, plus the additional charges depending on what issues are found. To maintain our credit score we (meaning my husband and I) have continued paying Titanium for the past 2.5 years for equipment that is not operating, ridiculous! (Yes, we did reach out to them and as a result we found it necessary to have another system in place). The BBB did not respond to our complaint to my knowledge and from the reviews that I have read regarding Titanium, not many other consumers who have taken the time to report their experiences have received a response as well. Are their hands tied ? Are they over inundated with consumer complaints? I imagine that answer is a redounded Yes! And as a result unable to fully be assistive to consumers, and so the Titanium, LLC company continues to find victims. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH TITANIUM! Great at first, like that of a good 1-2 year marriage, but when the honey moon is over…. you’ll find yourself in an abusive relationship with no help!!!! Note the reply, the Company likes to write, “We’re sorry that you were not satisfied…but please email us…” (this is so they do not have to reply in person) notice that there is no direct line to speak to someone about the issue and when you do call- you’re placed on long wait holds its like calling the IRS. No specified time given, no customer returns to say please continue to hold, and so after 45 minutes of no responsiveness you hangup at the 60 minute mark. It will make you wonder how can a company exist with such awful business practices. Well let’s just say I have grossly exaggerated my experience, but after reading the reviews, (which we did not prior to contracting) is an expressed opinion of Awful Company or Don’t Do It, a grossly exaggeration? I can’t help but blame myself for this fiasco. Is it not our fault that we’re not speaking louder about our treatment as consumers that this negligence of a Company is still operating with no consumer regard? We have the influences in social media to Cancel them. Why am I not more boisterous in my complaint.Our contract is still active until 10/2024- with no service. I desire a cancelled contract. Lastly l, Did I mention that I am now having my credit card company open an investigation regarding unauthorized payment deductions from my account?I did a one time payment authorization to pay bill for my husband and two weeks later, the company has charged the card again for $76 additional dollars🤷🏽‍♀️.Small amount, it is the principle of their practices is the point I want to emphasize. Spoke to Customer Rep about my concern today and they had to consult upper management to inquire why a second charged incurred. However, the rep stated that the “Customer Rep whom you previously made arrangements with” (mind you the Cust Rep called me to make me an offer) “wasn’t authorized to do so” and so you must pay additionally. I am floored. Who does that and expect to remain employed? This is why I believe it is all tactics of any means necessary to obtain a contract and collect payments that is approved, supported and certainly not corrected behavior by upper management. It is condoned!I repeat if you are skimming through reviews DON’T DO a THIS CONTRACT! There are other companies.

Aggressive security at Audley End…

Aggressive security at Audley End Simple Minds concert on the 11th August. The front were row constantly told to sit down, when fans wanted to stand up and dance. After being asked to sit down, my Dad was physically assaulted more than once before being dragged from the venue without his belongings. These were later thrown on the ground in front of him. He did nothing wrong except stand up whilst watching his favourite band and is very shaken from the experience.

Don't go with this company!!

Don't go with this company!!! They steal and lie!!! I was told that the info for a months payment would not be saved. It was just a 1 time payment. I had borrowed my mom's card to pay that 1 month. I told them it wasn't under my name and it would only be for 1 time. They said they wouldn't even save that info. Fast forward a few months and I'm late on my payments thur my bank account so they go to my mom's card and charge her card. My mom is upset and thinks I'm stealing from her. I call titanium and explain everything and they promise to delete the card and the next month they charge my mom's account again!! It's unethical. They lie over and over again. No one will help me delete her info. They hold that card hostage if I'm late with my card. It's wrong especially when they promised they wouldn't even save the info. I called them so many times. No one will help me. I'm probably going to have to hire an attorney. I don't know what to do. Do not go with this company. They can't be trusted.

Do not use Titanium Alarm Company

Do not use Titanium Alarm Company. I entered into a contract and changed my bank account information they continued to use the account that I asked them NOT to use, which made me get overdraft fees. When I called they refused to re emburse my fees. This company wants the customer to comply with them, but refuses to do their part when they make a mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

I wrote a review about this company last month. Now I cannot find my complaint. I start out paying $47.99 four years ago, now my bill has jumped to $94.99 no warning about the price going up and no reasonable explanation. This is the worst Security system that I have ever come into contact with. I ask them to lower my bill to no avail. i cannot continue to pay this price which is a total ripoff. Also my payment is due 21st of each month and the take out the funds between the 12th and 16th of each month. That is totally unacceptabe in inappropriate. I would not recoomend this company to NO one. They also informed me that it would cost $1,500.00 to get out of the contract. Are you serious? I want out of this contract with this company.
