just to get a ticket you have to download an app give them your personal information its is a nightmare to get your tickets don't use them!!!

Tickets between multiple accounts

At first, it took them 1-2 business days to respond but once I got connected to an agent, I had a really wonderful experience. My rep was responding immediately and was able to solve my issues ASAP.

I was having trouble transferring…

I was having trouble transferring tickets. I contacted customer service, and Jane looked into the matter for me. She got back to me a couple days later, and my problem was resolved. I appreciate that she didn’t just forget about it, and that she took the time to get back to me.

Tixr is just another predatory…

Tixr is just another predatory ticketing company. They are greedy and quite frankly shouldn't exist as a company. They sell insurance for the tickets that they refuse to honor. I purchased the insurance in the event that I was unable to attend, I am now unable to attend and they refuse to refund. This is a scam company, hopefully they get investigated. Inb4 class action lawsuitEditing to reply to that weak response. You are all vultures, Order Protection is sold by a different company and then the actual ticket insurance is yet again with another company. I sincerely hope the entire ticketing industry collapses - you serve no purpose.

Such a let down :-(

Back in November last year I bought two tickets for my husband's early birthday present to see Batman 1989 at the Forum in Bath. The original date for this was 6/2/2026. I received notification my tickets were available so logged in and noticed the date on the tickets said "Thursday 5th February, doors open Friday 6th February" so I thought that was weird and called the venue. The venue said that Tixr should have notified us of the change of date. I received no notification. I contacted Tixr and they said that the venue were supposed to let us know. The fact remained that nobody had let me know so I had to rearrange my work hours, train tickets and someone to look after my dog in order to make it to the 5/2/26 date. On the day of the event they then sent an email saying it had moved again to April due to issues getting over here from Ireland. If this is true, whose idea was it to move the date to 5/2/26 knowing there could be an issue? Such poor planning. I sent a complaint email to the link in their last email about the new April date and this bounced back so they obviously don't want to talk to their customers and rectify things. I have now requested a refund and based on this experience I won't be using Tixr again. Update following Tixr's response: nobody contacted me about the change of date. Whether it was Tixr, the venue, the organiser, nobody did. So they're all useless it seems just blaming each other and no accountability and no apology. Still awaiting my refund. You also cannot make a complaint it seems, they don't have a phone number to contact and they send patronising responses such as "whilst I'd love to help" but then don't. Waste of time.

I run in a problem with not finding my…

I run in a problem with not finding my tickets since I signed up as a guest account. Tickets landed in junk mail, on the day of event we panicked and I reached out to TIXR, response and help with instructions where to find them came in 30-45min after my email . Excellent customer service. Thanks

Error message after error message

Absolute joke, trying to buy boxing tickets. Multitude of error messages through the booking process. Gave up! Nice one TIXR, wonder how many other customers couldn't. Oh and the 8 quid booking fees, ridiculous

SOMEBODY HELPED

UPDATED...the head of the organiser contacted me directly and rearranged my seats and resolved the problem. Ill be attending in a few weekes time and WILL get to sit next to my partner! Yay! Thanks all for listening...1 star down just for the amount of sweat and time wasted on gettin a response....BUT thank you all! I bought a 2-ticket deal through wowcher for a Batman gig due this February in London...i had to use the code via TIXR's website....which could only process 1 voucher code at a time....so i have ended uo with 2 seats miles away from each other...I IMMEDIATELY contacted TIXR back in December...and they advised me to contact the culture collective... who NEVER REPLIED. Ive been chasing BOTH parties for a response for over 6 weeks straight now and noone can help me CHANGE A SEAT...im willing to pay extra, whatever. The gig is in 3 weeks time and Tixr replied again today saying "contact the venue" which I CANT...somebody PLEASE INTERVENE!!!!

Trouble accessing e-tickets

I was experiencing trouble accessing my e-tickets so sent a message to TIXR. A representative returned my message within a couple of hours with detailed and clear instructions on what I was doing wrong. Great service.

Borgore ID - Poor Service on Rescheduling

Date was for June 6th for Borgore tickets. The company fails to provide show with a good date for many, and announces that they will have their date changed to New Years. Inadequate service people have their plans scheduled for those holidays, and when you fail to deliver dates that aren't so inconvenient to some shows poor customer service.

Fast resolution of my mistake

I purchased a ticket for a multi-day festival. Then I got worn out over a long Thanksgiving holiday by family stuff. When I opened my email on Monday there was a reminder that ticket prices would rise Tuesday. I promptly ordered a ticket. Then realized I had two. The Tixr staff resolved my mistake within hours. Great service.
