Amazing customer service
I've been searching for wide shoes with a more narrow heel and the Phantom 3 was perfect. I wasn't sure what shoe was best so I called and got the help I needed. I wasn't fond of the color I got so they let me exchange for a darker color. I had thrown away the box and was still allowed to exchange them. Customer service in the U.S. is incredible.
