Fantastic and Professional Service Received
Fantastic Professional Service form my local Seekonk TFT Center. I'm a long time client, over 20 years, and had a slow flat tire, drove my Jeep to my local shop, also realizing I needed the rotation and alignment process, and the TFT Men took immediate, fast and professional care and got me back on the road in short time. FYI, my real first job (now 71 yrs of age), lasting 7 years, was a professional Auto Reconditioner for many of my local New Car Auto Dealerships in which many of the used cars also required me to perform the required tire work. As you may know, it is beneath a professional auto mechanic to perform tire work.

Dishonest Business
I brought my new vehicle to Town Fair Tire in Wallingford, CT to upgrade the tires less than 2 weeks after purchase. During the tire replacement, the tech closed the garage door on the tailgate and damaged the rear bumper, resulting in $4K of damage. The store manager in Wallingford did not disclose this information to me, and I had to find it myself - when confronting them about the damage, they denied being responsible. After several minutes of discussion, they admitted to damaging the tailgate but would not take responsibility for the bumper. When dealing with their customer service team, I was initially led to believe this would be made right, however their director, Rich Allen, took the same stance as the store manager who had originally lied to me. I am now left to deal with the cost of repairing the bumper myself.I highly recommend NOT doing business with Town Fair, particularly their store in Wallingford, CT on North Colony Road. If you must do business with them, request that the store manager do a 360 check of the vehicle with you to identify its current conditions prior to one of the techs taking it into the garage and repeating the process before leaving their property. Doing so may save you a couple thousand dollars.I was told because I left the property, it was not evident that they had caused the damage, keeping in mind their store manager did not disclose that they had damaged the vehicle until confronted.Overall, dishonest business with prices that are matched by just about any of their competitors - not worth risking the damage to your vehicle.

Bristol associates are nice but I took…
Bristol associates are nice but I took my vehicle there 3 times because they cannot seem to get my alignment correct. Steering wheel is off center and they try to make it sound like it’s in the tires. Tires are in great shape. I think they have sub standard mechanics working on expensive vehicles. Not happy. Been around cars a long time and it seems like a bullshit act.

BAD BAD BAD NO ANY RECOMMENDATIONS
when you get there first they make you feel you in heaven specially manager ed. sell you for 4 tires with everything included(lifetime road hazard insurance, lifetime rotation) when you have a problem with tire quality (like bubble) they say this problem not from the tire. they don’t want to help you for. yes you understand me correctly. it’s with lifetime insurance. they says you have to pay lifetime insurance when we replace the tire. this is insane. they don’t want to do business in good way. this is called stealing money. after these conversation i talked to corporate customer service phone number from connecticut (800) 972-2245 with michael barbaro. he was so mean. he wasn’t listening quietly when i talked. interrupted me several times. after hard talking he put me on hold and talked to east providence branch. after talking with them offer me %7 discount for new tire and rotation. i said no i don’t have to pay. he back to talk with branch then offer me %10 discount. i said no. because i don’t have to pay. lifetime insurance meaning only one time you pay then don’t pay if something happens to tire. i have a big problem here. also few months ago i bought 4 breaks here. more than disappointing. like i said, show your money they make you person in heaven, if no money they will tell you go hell👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 HOW THEY GETS 4.9 stars. because they give you a piece of paper with google recommendations for them. give me 5 star. and of course you are nice person. you want to help to their business. this is happened to me from manager ed. anyway folks never recommend to anybody. especially uber/lyft or delivery drivers

Appointments are lacking
I've been to three or four Town Faire shops. The guys there are always friendly and helpful and do a good job. My only problem with the company is their "appointment" schedule. Tire changes at any shop I've been to are an all-day affair, even with an appointment. It's been my experience that a 10:00 slot, for example, means I'll get the car back at 2:00 or later, which is nuts for someone who has to wait in the shop all that time. I realize that stuff happens, but there doesn't seem to be a priority for folks who have booked in advance.

Worst experience at any Town Fair Tire
Worst experience at any Town Fair Tire. I never had this kind of issue with the stores in RI. We booked the appointment online for tires and install only so my daughter who is up in Maine for college would only have to go to the appointment and get what we ordered. And only that. The store decided to add on $250 of additional products and services without asking her whether it was wanted or needed. Tire studding, alignment, warranty plan. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes i finally got transferred around to the manager. Who's response was "well you should have come to the store with her". Yes thank you so much I'll make a 5 hour trip to install tires, to make sure an unscrupulous business takes advantage of a young female and overcharged her $250 for services not needed. At best this is just plain horrible, unscrupulous business practices if not just outright defrauding your customers

This was once my “go to” tire store
This was once my “go to” tire store, but today ended that. I’ve purchased tires exclusively from them for about ten years. They have always been cheapest or willing to match competitors pricing. They are also very courteous and friendly. I had a problem early on when they scratched the rims of my brand new truck. They acknowledged their error and bought brand new factory rims with no prodding from me. This created considerable goodwill and ensured my loyalty for the 10 years I have done business with them. They also have generous "after purchase" benefits such as free road hazard, free rotations, free flat tire fixes and so on. The problem is one used to be able to make appointments for things such as tire rotations. Not any longer. One must now leave the car for the day to get a tire rotation done. The other problem is one cannot reach them by phone during the day. Their normal business hours are 8:00 until 6:00. They will not tell you when the car will be done. Today I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for a rotation. They recommended an alignment and tire balancing for a package deal of $137.00, which I thought was a fair price given the alignment alone goes for $100.00. I started calling them at 3:30; then at 4:00; then 4:30; then 5:00 and left messages at each time I called to inquire about when my car would be done. As they close at 6:00 and I live a half hour away. I left the house at 5:00 thinking the car should be done by the time I get there at 5:30-6:00. Got there at 5:35 to learn the car was not done. I explained the phone calls and explained to them that because they were to close shop in 25 minutes, I thought the car would be done. Nope, they keep working until all of that days work is done even though they tell the public they close at 6:00. I didn’t get home until 7:30. I would rather go somewhere else and pay for the rotation. It isn’t worth the hassle of dropping the car off, getting my wife to drive me home, then repeating the process at 7:30. I’d rather pay $25 or $50 bucks to make an appointment and wait for the car. I feel bad about this as I have been a loyal customer for all these years. Oh well.

I had 4 tires in stalled on my truck
I had 4 tires in stalled on my truck. The truck vibrate at highway speeds. TFT tried two more times to fix the issue by rebalancing the tires. They were unsuccessful every time. I went to their competitor. All four tires were out of balance. They successfully balanced each tire and now my truck rides smooth.

Bad experience-damage to rim-no follow up
We set up an appointment for 4 tires-confirmed the appoint-even got an e-mail confirming appoint and tires. Got there they did not have the tires we reserved. They had us return to have the tires installed when they received another set. When we picked up the car there was damage done to one of the rims. They were supposed to call us to discuss-they never did-We would definately not recommend the Auburn Mass facility. No customer service-no follow up -really bad experience and stuck with damaged rim now

Bad exerience calling for an appointment
They do a decent job, but calling them is awful. It's near to impossible to call them on the phone directly. It seems that even though their phone number is local, your call gets forwarded to someone somewhere else. The person who took my call was dumber than a stump.I told her I wanted appointments for two Winter tire swaps. I had to explain to her what that means. Then she asked me if I wanted to put the Summer tires on or the Winter tires. I asked why anyone would swap to Summer tires in the middle of the Winter.... crickets.I got a text for only ONE of the two appointments. I gave her the same phone number for both. Now I'm going to have to go into the STORE to verify my appointments.

It was a nightmare going to Town Fair Tire at N. Providence RI
😒Town Fair Tire Centers, Inc1355 Douglas Ave North Providence RISimply a horror show.1. They told me there was a different price of the same tire for 2 different brands of cars. 2. The wait to change one tire was excessive 2.5 hrs to three hrs.3. They were overcharging me on the final bill $100.00 I am glad I was paying attention.4. They did not install my spare tire the correct way. It was put in reverse and it was not latched.5. They broke the case where the tire goes in the trunk.6. The broke the plastic screw where the spare tire is latched.7. They lost the stem cover which was matching with the brand of the car. They simply do not care about your car. Don't go there.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. And because they utilize a call center, someone always picks up the phone (during business hours). This is the 4th time I have used them and have had a great experience with quality work each time.

Two tires and an alignment
Today my 2014 Tacoma was serviced at Town Fair Tire at 166 DW HW in Nashua NH. Jonas took care of me and replaced one damaged tire and replaced my spare tire to match the tires on the truck. An alignment was also performed. Once again Jonas took care of me and my vehicles tire needs. Great shop. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Andrew answered all of my questions and guided me on getting my flat tired vehicle to the shop! Service was fast. My tire was plugged. I had not had such a great customer service experience in some time! Great work! (Newington, CT)

Not a good experience nor happy with needing a new tire
In for tire rotation on tires bought at town fair in feb of 2023. First tire rotate done in late 2034. No record of hat visit in their system under my number. One tire worn. I said an alignment was done in early 2023. Tech wanted me to prove that before giving any credit. I think it was a defect tire to begin with. Tech Zach was a condescending young man thinking he's speaking with an older lady who knows nothing and is possibly a liar. Yeah I lie about alignments being done. Convenient my number was not in system on the first rotation done in Topsham ME

Love this store on North Main Street in Bridgeport! Shawn and Angel were very helpful and when they say your car will be ready in 90 minutes, the car is ready. No sitting around for 5 hours. I won’t go anywhere else!

Check their work before you leave.
Been going to town fair tire for a couple of years now and was furious to notice after waiting a couple of hours to have my tires rotated that they were never rotated at all. How did I notice you may ask? I forgot to tell the service tech that I had a roofing nail stuck in my back left tire and to please repair it. After getting my keys back I thought it was odd that there was no mention of it so when I returned home I checked and there it was still in my back left tire. Makes me wonder if my brakes were actually changed and the tires I bought were the actual tires I paid for. What a disappointment.
