SCAM! THEY JUST TAKE YOUR $!!

They were supposed to file three trademarks with several classes each for my business. They charged me over $4,000 yet only filed ONE class for each trademark. So basically they only filed $1050 worth of trademarks. This was confirmed by the USPTO. My representative, Gabriel, kept assuring me that it was just the USPTO being slow in filing the classes. It was a lie. I have called them, emailed them, and called customer service. Nothing. Their customer service number just hangs up on you. So, I reported them for fraud to my CC company, am going to report them to the USPTO scam department, and will report them to the FTC. Now I have to file all my trademarks AGAIN. DO NOT USE THID COMPANY

Fraud and Scam Alert, AVOID

This company is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I had all the same issues as the previous reviewer only it went further. I was lied to and told that I had to file 2 applications for the trademark in singular and plural form and was charged 2 service fees. When I googled this directly after, I found that this was false and that my trademark would protect me from any similar or confusing names. Of course, Dennis denied this and refused a refund, lying that they had already filled and it was automatically tied in with the government's system. When I said that I only wanted to continue filing for the one trademark name and just thought I'd just take the loss of the second filing fee, they insisted that I needed to file for 2 classes and not one. When I ended up researching, I learned that I would need to file for 3 classes, and the ones they pushed were incorrect and completely not relevant to me. I told them this and sent information as to how my products applied to this class, they used this wording as a copy and paste to file my application, completely ignoring all of my previous information. Chatting with Lynda later via text messaages, I told her that I did not authorize for them to charge my credit card for the USPTO application fees until I got the email with details from them that I could verify were correct. Which instead, they went ahead and immediately charged my card for over $1000 without authorization or any sort of confirmation! So many red flags, but we were in deep and went along with all the lies. Later, I was sent a serial number that they got from the USPTO. When my application finally appeared in TESS, I started to grow concerned as I was only seeing one class and not all 3 that I had needed. I sent an email to them regarding this, but it was ignored completely. I finally came back to the website through chat to have them check this out, and they lied and told me that the TESS results were just a summary and that everything had been filed correctly. I demanded an official email from USPTO as a confirmation of receipt of the application and fees paid to them and they refused to provide it, stating that they were the authorized entity acting on my behalf and would only give me relevant information. I asked for a receipt of filing but they lied and said that it would only be provided by USPTO later in the process, of course another lie. I finally just called USPTO myself and all of my suspicions were confirmed. They had not filed in all 3 classes, but only in one, and they also didn't list themselves as an attorney or authorized entity acting on my behalf, but actually fraudulently filed the application in my name and with my signature as if I was doing it all myself, only putting their email addresses as the contact information for the application. Once I realized all of this, I sent them a message via chat, and they said they'd look into this and file for me within 5 days. I said no to that and demanded a refund, not giving them any other authorization to file anything on my behalf. I was then told that I would have a refund issued within 21 days. No! They charged me without authorization while I was still chatting with them about the details of my application, and now they want me to wait for another 3 weeks for them to initiate a partial refund? I stood my ground, telling them this and was told that a refund would be given tonight. I also asked for all transcripts of all of my chats and was told they'd be sent to my email, but that obviously never happened. I lost a month of time already since the partial filing and ended up having to file a chargeback with my credit card for not getting what I had paid for. And in all honesty, I had to gather all information for filing my application online myself and had to educate them on what they were supposed to be doing. They have no idea what they're doing, except getting as much money out of you as possible and hoping that enough time (with the application times being 5 months to just be assigned someone to review your case, to as long as another 18 months afterward to complete the process) will go by for you not to be able to do anything about it. They'll build a new website on a new domain and keep up their scam. I wish I had filed myself from the get go, as I now have to re-file all of the information that is incorrect and file new applications for the remaining classes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A fraud, a scam and a major headache and of course a major loss of time and money. You'll do better for yourself filing by yourself or through a real, accredited attorney.

Trademark Axis Extreme Scam

Trademark Axis (also Trademark Terminal and other names) is a scam company. They should be shut down. Google is accepting Ads from this company - and it's a rip off. Trademark Axis comes up on sponsored Google search and they have a flashy website with a real time chat box. I got suckered in - please do not get scammed too! I chatted with a person "Lynda" from LA. But it became clear later that was unlikely. I paid to sign up for the service but became extremely suspicious after receiving the credit card receipt in email during the chat. I called their customer service number only to find it was NOT in service. Then I looked at reviews and found all these extremely BAD reviews. I immediately asked for a refund over the chat box nly to get refused. Then a "supervisor" entered the chat named "Dennis" and put the extreme hard sell on me for 20 minutes. Including stating lies like the account was already created and was tied into the government. During the call I called my credit card and back to stop the charge. I placed a fraud alert. I told Dennis this and he continued to hard sell. Finally he in a huff said he'd refund the money only have repeatedly telling him I did the chargeback. The chat was full of lies. Also early on they asked for my Trademark name and phone number. They were likely attempting to front run the trademark request. PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS - DO NOT USE THIS OR ANY TRADEMARK COMPANY OR SERVICE OTHER THAN A REAL ATTORNEY. Or, better yet, like I did after this, spend a few hours going through the actual USPTO website and their videos - you can complete the trademark application YOURSELF with a little education.
