I contacted them by WhatsApp option about an Opel Astra for getting an appointment a week ago. I saw they read my message the next day but they didn't already answer me. I understand why that car has had there for selling since many months ago. I won't contact them anymore.
We bought a second hand car here and the treatment was kind and cordial. We found that on the drive home after purchasing the car the screen wash system did not work and a garage had to empty the whole screen wash system which was full of sludge. When checking over the car we discovered also that the reverse lights do not work. After one month of having the car, warning lights began appearing which we dealt with immediately. The engine system fault light came on and we had to call for immediate roadside assistance which resulted in the car being towed away. We called Transeuropean to discuss the issues and to find out if there was any guarantee from the sale, on the off chance, expecting nothing from Transeuropean. We were met with aggression, defensive arguments and were told the problem was our fault as we'd bought the car as it was. We are extremely disappointed with the problems we have had from the start with the car and with the aggression we were met with when discussing these problems, especially after our initial good impression at the time of the sale.
