Dirty rooms

I stayed at the Microtel on Niagara Falls Blvd with my daughter. Although check in is at 3pm we arrived at 6pm and were checked in to room 319 where it appeared someone had a “romantic time” prior to our arrival.Both beds were disheveled, roses were left behind and the bathroom had clearly been used (towels had been used and it had not been cleaned). Overall it was pretty gross.When we advised the front desk clerk he didn’t take our word for it and had us wait with our baggage for a new room in the lobby. The internet was not working and the man at the reception counter did little to assist and told us the manager had gone out to do his groceries. We were told he came back for about 5 minutes knew about the issue and left for the night. The location was the only thing this place had going for it but there are plenty of other spots in the area that are probably more family-friendly so I’d avoid this spot.I have emailed the hotel and have not received a reply.

HOTEL MANDY

We stayed at the Golden Valley travel lodge to see family,its basic but clean,staff where nice,however we take our own coffee as we dont like the coffee which is basic.The Housekeepers keep the rooms very clean

Worst ever

Worst ever. Dealing with Wyndham and Booking.com is a double suicide. Motel in Great Falls, Montana was dirty, trashy, internet did not work...and the attitudes of Travelodge Great Falls were the worst. One employee told me to go to another motel! I would sleep with a drunk in an alley before using Wyndham OR Booking.com!!

VERY PUSHY

Sometimes good value Hotels. Beware however they bombard you with e-mails and other computer communications. Have found it impossible to get this of my computer. suddenly they cannot be contacted except to make reservations ! A pity as they are value for money in the Winter months

Travelodge a nice one little gem.

Just staying in London for a conference overnight but you should go travelodging!Customer welcome and receptionist.I am blind and the Travelodge I stayed ar bear st pancreas’s was brilliant. The staff were so helpful. I got a travel map and directions plus bus and tube info verbally which meant a lot to me. I got a personal guide to my room from Tom, thanks Tom!RoomsPlain and simple but good comfortable and reasonable which for today’s travellers is good when your in a budget. Evening foodNot much to choose from unless you like pizzas as that’s all they do. But there’s a fab Indian not far away up the street called Indian food. Or plenty of restaurants nearby for a wider choice.The frontage is oldy worldly as is set back.The travel lodge right next to Euston station has a better menu and the food is not bad.Room noiseThe room I stayed was a bit noisy from the traffic on Euston road but I expected this. It was not annoying so that’s fair enough.

horrible service

2 reviews1.0 star rating 11/17/2016HORRIBLE HOTEL. I'm rating one star only because it is required. This hotel deserves no stars. Logan Sales, the supposed general manager has horrible customer service skills. The room smelled and bed was only dressed with a sheet. Upon calling the front desk for a comforter an unfolded blanket was brought to the room. Called several more times for a comforter to no avail. The end result, Logan cancelled my reservation (which was for 2 nights yet he only refunded me 1 night). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You truly get what you pay for.

Poor very poor!

I stayed at the Travelodge in Harlow, Essex at the weekend. There was a mark on our bedding so I asked for it to be changed. It was not a small mark, it looked like something had be spilt on it and we had only just arrived. As I walked away, out of ear shot, my daughter who they obviously did not realize was with me overheard the member of staff saying to another, can you change number 6's bedding I cannot be 'arsed'!!? This was the tone of our whole stay, staff that could not be bothered. Such a shame.

Do NOT USE TRAVELODGE!!

Checked in here, thinking it was in Barcelona, it isnt its about an hour on the Metro to Las Ramblas using 3 trains!!! Room was filthy, I will upload the pics when I can... dead bug and cobwebs. Bathroom had COCKROACHES and also STANK of cigerettes. Its also on an industrial park so walking around at night wasn't safe and it isnt well lit. TV is all Spanish apart from 1 News channel. when I told reception about cockroaches, they were so casual "Oh we get them here". No apology or attempt to clean the room... The carpet in the halls were filthy and sticky. I asked for advice on where to go for a nice breakfast , the receptionist said "here" (after cockroaches were in the building!!) and I said no, where else and he said oh the BP garage across the road is nice ?!?! are you for real!!!! UNSECURE lift, anyone could get in it to go to any floor, the card swiper in the lift was broken. Please please please do not stay here , save your holiday money you have earned and check in anywhere else!! View - less relevant but of a BP garage? They now refuse to give me a refund so the customer service is also DISGUSTING. They have offered me a VOUCHER instead?!! Why on earth would I ever want to stay with them AGAIN?! I won't stop until I get my money back.

Bad customer service but got results

Decided to book travelodge hotel for 2 days then needed to change to 3 at a different hotel 2 days later given 13 different phone numbers told they don't have customer services numbers only online been hung up on 4 times live chat ended twice 5 emails ignored finally got 2 rooms changed no extra cost fuming 0843 4550114 Nicola nelms customer services I've posted on every fb travelodge I can find ha!!!!

Satisfaction

I went to see "Richard" personally at a local Travelodge in Llanelli and he believed my story and after 45 minutes we got on to the customer service centre at Travelodge and they agreed to give me an "e-voucher". He also said that I should never have been charged for not showing on the 21st of July if my desired date was 7th of August. Thank You to "Richard" and "Graham" at Customer Services. Took five days to rectify this, hence, the three stars.
