Weights were delivered with the smell of a garage filled with diesel buses (nothing obvious on the boxes). Smelled up my entire house. Then, tried to get an RMA, filled out their forms and they told me I didn't, Sent proof that I did and still waiting for my RMA. Worst customer service.

Do yourself a favor and stay clear. I made an unintentional purchase, with trx obtaining my credit card data from house.com and with the transaction going through even though I didn't provide my credit card details or address (and I believe I clicked on a button called "proceed" not "purchase"). Emailed their customer services department (within minutes afterwards) to cancel, but was advised that it is impossible as they have no control over orders once those are placed apparently... Well, I think the average reviews here don't lie, so just nudging the average a bit closer to one, where it should be. Now also logged the transaction as fraudulent with my credit card company.

I paid for the monthly subscription. It refused to acknowledge my payment when I went to use the app. But it did charge my credit card. I tried to get help, and only AI would help me. AI was worthless. I noticed that eBay has off brand set ups, which are as good if not better and you can find a lot of free content on YouTube. This company is a scam. They are worthless. When I went searching for YouTube videos, they had the owner on. His demeanor says it all. Step away from the car.

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered through Argos, nothing arrived after 14 days. Got in touch with TRXtraining customer service who were absolutely shocking. Claimed they didn't know anything about the order and then stopped responding to emails, didn't want to help at all. This company is so bad, even Argos couldn't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

'TRX TRAINING WALNUT CREEK' Watchout for this trick. TRX tried to charge me a year later for £39.99 for training I did not access at any time. Buying the physical product is not the same as these online training 'products' they deliver. But hey in my opinion once TRX or other companies has your credit card details you may be vulnerable. Be careful.

This company has the WORST ETHICS EVER!!!! if you try to sell the product you DID NOT USE on EBay or Mercari or any other site, they will instantly report you as a fraudulent, counterfeit product and have you removed without any recourse. This happened to me several times, even though I was selling a brand new item that was still in a sealed box because it was a gift. They are despicable.

Absolutely awful customer service!!! I purchased a gift voucher from uk for my US friend and she is unable to make the voucher work. We have both tried numerous times to contact customer service and it is impossible. The chat/bot system is completely frustrating and they never answer emails. I am unable to locate a phone number which is highly suspicious! I am $100 out of pocket and my friend is gift less. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!

TRX Customer Service Communication Is Tedious At Best
TRX has great quality products for a premium price but still a good value based on quality. Their customer service/support however is another story.I ordered the TRX Pro 4 suspension system 7 days ago but at this point I don't have any solid info as to when I will receive it. After 5 days with no shipping info, and based on their listed 5 - 7 day average delivery time, I made several attempts to contact TRX customer service, via both email and web chat, for a status which was like pulling hen's teeth to get any kind of response. When I finally did get a chat response the shipping info was vague at best, accompanied by what sounded like excuses previously given to other posters here. The shipping info I have been provided has changed the estimated delivery date three times in 24 hours. At this point who knows when my order will be delivered. My advice would be to purchase your TRX product through a third party that has stock and solid customer support/communication system in place. My own experience is that TRX customer support is tedious at best.

Having read the reviews I nearly gave it a swerve, but as I was in no rush, and there was a good offer on, decided to risk it. Ordered about 10pm on Monday, delivered about 2pm Wednesday. I can’t see that you can get better than that.

have used the TRX system in gyms previously and felt it was a great product. When trying to but one for personal use though I have experienced the worst company and customer service I have ever, ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. A complete shambles. Delays all round, delivered to the wrong address 12 days after ordering, no response from emails, live chat on teh website never works, no phone number to call and discuss.....just all so very bad. They only get one star because you can't give zero. Stay away or get your TRX system from a 3rd party if you must.

I’ve had a similar experience as others noted here. I placed my order. No update for weeks. No response to my email. Finally the company provides a tracking number of which they don’t actually provide the items to the shipper for over a week. I’m still waiting and still receiving no reply/update.They have great products, but terribl service. This is the last time I buy from them. I’ve seen comparable items on Amazon that cost less and I know will be received.
