Absolutely AVOID this company
Absolutely AVOID this company. Extremely unprofessional, they do not deliver when agreed, customer service is diabolical, rude and argumentative. The quality of the grass is AWFUL. I emailed to make them aware that a lot of the grass was damaged and unusable, the reply I got said it’s a natural product so can get damaged in transit as it’s not packaged properly it’s just stacked on a wooden pallet so falls off and gets knocked around on the back of the lorry. No reimbursement, the “sales manager” hung up on me when I called to raise the issues I’d had with them. Total headache from start to finish. Be aware they have two names, London lawn and Turf Express.

Good product, service, and price.
I ordered 60m/2 eco turf. Date confirmed and texted me day before to confirm. Texted early on deliver date to confirm. Then 30 mins approx before arrival. Driver helpful and obliging. Ten days later turf has bonded well and is growing apace. Had 15m/2 left over due to extra delivered in error but neighbour was happy to use. Great value and service.

Wasn't impressed with the quality of…
Wasn't impressed with the quality of the turf. Quite patchy with several fist size bald patches and 2 rolls were in such a state they couldn't be used and we had to patch together several sections. Given this was supposed to be the "premium" turf I feel let down.Have since contacted TurfExpress regarding the awful quality of their turf. They agreed to refund me a small amount of the purchase. Not really adequate but I accepted. That was over a week ago. They have since ignored my emails. I would advise avoiding this company and spending your money elsewhere.

Second time I have ordered from Turf…
Second time I have ordered from Turf Express and quality and service excellent on both occasions. The driver Quentin deserves a special mention who was very polite, courteous and extremely helpful, a credit to turf express.

Great quality and value for money
I ordered 32 square metres of Eco Lawn Turf last week. It was delivered exactly on time by a couple of friendly and very helpful drivers who made completely sure I was happy with the quality and knew exactly how to lay it. One week later it has started to put down roots into the topsoil, the joins between individual pieces are now almost invisible and it looks very healthy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Turf Express again.

TURF DELIVERED
I just had 55 rolls of turf delivered by Bradley Turner who was very friendly and polite. He arrived nice and early as requested and put the turfs exactly where I wanted them. Great service as always 👍👍

*AVOID* Premium turf with bare & yellow patches
I ordered about 30 rolls of premium turf & a bulk bag of topsoil. The topsoil was fine, no complaints.On inspection during delivery, it was clear the turf was of appalling quality so I asked the driver to return it as it was unacceptable. He advised me to call Customer Services, which my landscaper did on my behalf as he was ready to lay to lawn & I was working. The excuse for bare & yellow grass patches from Customer Service was 4 days of warm weather in the previous week, & they assured it would recover once laid & watered.Frankly I would have been disappointed if it were economy turf, but I paid the extra for premium turf. This company has ZERO Customer Service, & on checking their website zero returns or complaints policies. Nada. I had no choice but to accept the turf & will have to oversow it to restore the bare & yellow patches that still exist after 2 weeks of extensive watering. I will never touch this company with a bargepole again & if you,are considering turf purchase look elsewhere, even if you have to wait longer for it.

I order topsoil and some turfs
I order topsoil and some turfs. I absolutely recommend everyone to this company. Straight forward order and payment. And outstanding delivery. The driver was so kind, he arrived earlier and phone me, I wasn’t at home, however, he delivered on his own and placed the order over the fence in a perfect position (we didn’t even know how he managed). He was a star and deserves a pay rise 😇. Thank you so much!

Promised refund but not given
Website advised few weeks deliver however when ordered delivery date given in two months. Cancelled order well in advance and sourced grass elsewhere. Received confirmation email advising order cancelled and refund in due course. Never arrived despite reminder to Turfexpress. Had to raise dispute with credit card to receive a refund.
