Very disorganized, poor management
Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival was a very disorganized event, and we have no one else to blame but the poor and inefficient management. The event was extremely disorganized and chaotic. There doesn't seem to be a proper leadership here because of how messy things were and how terrible the event was run.
