I've been a long-time customer of Twigby - they have a great service network, reliable online support and economical talk/text/data plans - so glad I discovered Twigby!

Scott was very patient and helpful. I had port two numbers over from another carrier and the transfer pin on one didn't work so I had to call and get another one. He stayed on with me while doing so. He kept me updated with what was going on etc.
