Purchased a Lady GAGA LP (Vinyl) They gave it to FEDEX to deliver, FEDEX had it a MONTH !! UMG refused to do anything !! Will never buy from them again EVER... Posted a review on YELP, well keeps getting DELETED, obviously UMG probably PAYS for DELETES on yelp. Useless review site trustpiilot is way better ! UMG customer service on a purchase is NON EXISTANT ! AVOID this record label like the plague !

Customer service zero stars.

Waiting on an item that hasn’t come. It seems to be lost in transit. Reached out and they just say keep waiting a few more days. It says in transit it was updated today. Uh clearly you are not looking because it doesn’t say that. It’s pretty clear it’s lost as it keeps going from one place back to another over and over again. Customer service is absolutely no help. This place sucks to say it nicely.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest…

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest review I can give, I bought a large tee shirt for my daughter and when it arrived it was ridiculously small (even though it was labelled large) after contacting customer service (what a joke) they informed me that they do not offer refunds due to sizing errors. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.!!!!!!!!

Disgraceful.

Worst “company” I have ever purchased anything from. I pre-ordered an LP, limited edition. Got an email the day after release saying it had been dispatched. Tracking never updated and stayed on ‘we are expecting it’. They never dispatched it. I chased them up and they turned around and said, it looks like your order is deemed lost so we will refund you as the item is no longer in stock. I am still waiting for my refund. This company is the worst I have ever purchased anything from. AVOID. Their customer service is abysmal.

Waited weeks for my item to arrive and when it did it was smashed. The only options I have are to pay to send the item back for a refund or pay for it to be resent. Appalling customer service with automated email responses sent where it's clear the customer service agents arnt even reading the emails. Avoid.

the saga of the never to be seen order and being ghosted

Placed order November 9, 2023. As of today Jan 8, 2024 I keep getting the brush off. no answers. USPS never received pakage. asked for refund, no answer. Sketchy. What a shame.

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars. Like others, I've been trying to order from BlueNote Records, absolutely unsuccessfully. What gives when you order an IN-STOCK CD more than a month before Xmas, and nearly a month later it hasn't even shipped? And "customer service" can't even give you a tracking number, much less a straight answer? Don't waste your money.

Abysmal group of violently anti social…

Abysmal group of violently anti social creeps who seem to despise Blue Note records whose treasures they are supposed to be delivering, ordered group of records in late November…after repeated queries was told they would arrive in September of 2033. 33! Such a pity Blue Note allows. Stay away from these jokers.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Placed and paid for an order for two items from the QOTSA store on 24th November. Its now 14th December, so far no shipping date or communication whatsoever. I've contacted them three times via their form, asked to file a formal complaint twice, and the only contact back I've had is to ask if I still need help!!! Absolutely appalling service. They've taken payment for items for Christmas three weeks ago with clearly no intention of ever sending them. I intend to progress this as far as possible.

Absolutely worst online shopping experience ever

I ordered and paid for Lana del Rey jacket on 9. November 2023. The item was supposed to be released on 24. November and shipped within 24 hours from releasing, so 25. November. Since then, and today is 4. december, the item is not shipped yet, and the costumer service is not responding to my emails. Except contact form, there is no any other way to contact them, no phone number, no agent chat option.It is a huge let down! This company is a fraud. Do not buy from them!

Shoddy…

Ordered new rolling stones LP in red vinyl. Tracking claims it was delivered although i have received nothing.Spoke to the shipper who stated that they delivered to the local postal service, talked to them and got nowhere so used the contact form on the UMUK order site. After 2 weeks received an email asking if the issue was resolved to which i replied, no. Since then nothing.No other way to contact UMUK except through the contact form . Absolutely shoddy service.

AN UTTERLY USELESS COMPANY. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Like many, I pre-ordered and pre-paid for the Beatles singles today but when I went to collect them from my local store, HMV in LIncoln, England, UK, I was told that Universal hadn't despatched them.This isn't the first time, I have been let down by Universal. I ordered The Rolling Stones single "Sweet Sound of Heaven" directly from Universal, paying in advance and paying upfront plus delivery. It didn't arrive on the release date or the day after or the day after that. I tried chasing it up but they make it almost impossible to get through on the phone to anyone who knows what is going on if indeed there is anyone who knows what is going on. The single itself, was in my local HMV on the day of release and I could have bought it then. Instead, I had to wait until SIX days after it was released. I did manage to get the delivery cost back although it has yet to appear on my credit card statement. They clearly don't care about their customers and whoever is running this company is clearly not up to the job.My advice to members of the public is NEVER ORDER FROM UNIVERSAL AS YOU RISK ENDING UP VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY FRUSTRATED.

I purchased a digital download from…

I purchased a digital download from them using Paypal. The order went through and they acknowledge it, but there was no download link. They won't respond to questions or resolve the ticket I opened with Customer Service. Digital downloads shouldn't be this hard.Update 2 days later: I did receive a link from UMG for the files. So they did respond but it was slow and I wasn't sure that they would. I updated my rating.
