Ordered a steel door for a rental property and it was way sturdier than what I usually get from big box stores. Heavy duty, clean finish, no dents. Installed easy.

Prompt delivery, but review incentive undermines trust
Samples were delivered promptly and were acceptable in quality, though not my preferred option among other suppliers I evaluated.The reason for the one-star rating is that the company emailed me offering a 10% discount in exchange for leaving a Trustpilot review. Incentivizing reviews calls into question the credibility of their ratings and undermines trust in the platform.I believe reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences without financial incentive.

Been buying exterior doors from USA Builders’ Depot for about 6 months now. Prices are honestly better than my usual supplier and the quality hasn’t dipped once. Stuff shows up on time and my crews stay moving. That alone is worth it.
