We stayed in Neptune's Retreat Villa which was a 5 bedroom 4 bath home 20 minutes from Disney. The home was clean and well stocked. The pool was clean. Villa Direct was very responsive as this was a last minute rental. We would definitely use Villa Direct again.
I rented a property in Orlando FL for a Thanksgiving family vacation. The property was as advertised, clean, easy to access and in a perfect location for our needs. VillaDirect responded quickly to any questions I had.I look forward to working with them in the future if I return to the area.
We have just returned from a stay at Waterside Villa, Emerald Island Resort. This was our 3rd stay at a Villa Direct villa and our favourite villa so far. We've booked the same villa for next year as well and very pleased to have done so. The villa totally suited our needs and the location is perfect. It isn't overlooked and there are nice open views over water with a backdrop of bushes and trees. We found the villa to be clean and well-provided. But we must also extend our thanks to Villa Direct who we are very happy to recommend. On every occasion we have asked, we have found the company to be very responsive to our requests. We visit Orlando quite frequently and when searching for a villa we will always start looking with Villa Direct as our first port of call.
Stayed at Timeless Memories the week of July 4th. Started off by calling at 11:30 am to see if we can check in early and was told they needed to check with housekeeping and would call me back. Never received a call so decided to go check in at regular check in time. After noticing the house had not been cleaned and we cleaned a bit my family decided to go in the pool only to find out the heat we paid for was not working. The heater stated error. Called but since it was after hours on Saturday no call or response until Monday morning when I had to call them again. When I called they informed me the breaker switched and the pool was not heating. They sent someone over and said it was good to go. Then when we came back from the parks and went to use it again water was cold and wasn’t warm. After three days of going back and forth I was then told the spa did not have heat the owner did not pay for the conversion kit even though I was told it did. And since the pool was reaching 88-90 during the day the heat would not turn on. And they said they would just refund the cost of the pools. In between the time of dealing with the heat I had informed them The furniture was all stained and they sofas were falling apart. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned. The house had not been dusted and the pictures they advertised did not look like the rooms. when I called to tell them the front door did not have a good lock and was half way off the wall, there were piles of dust on the vaulted window the bedding had not been washed the wood was chipping on their decorations and the cleanliness was not what I was expecting especially since I had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning to check in. I also had to pay for parking in a gated community which I found out after booking and this was never listed. Upon my final discussion with the management with Villa direct they stated they would offer me a one night refund since I was unhappy if I did not leave a negative review. That did not happen and then they stated the only way to give a refund was to send copies of my Id and I would have to sign papers stating me nor my family would leave a bad review. Very upsetting since I have rented from villa direct 1-2 times a year for the last 10 years and have never had this issue.
Thank you for making our vacation dream so enjoyable. We have been staying with Villa Direct for 10 years now and I cannot imagine finding the friendly staff and quality service they provide during our vacation, with any other company. If any issues arise, they are there to fix whatever the problem may be. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff members we have encountered and will recommend Villa Direct to all our family and friends.Looking forward to another trip in October.See you soon

We booked a villiadiect vacation home for our family of 10. a year in advance. When we arrived with found some furniture in disrepair and the dishwasher broken and unusable for the week. in addition the house was advertised as having access to a small water park for the kids and we found this closed. In addition to the hardship of 10 people and no dishwasher on vacation the kids were disappointed about the water park.
Great experience working with VillaDirect. The booking process was simple and the house our group stayed at was perfect for our two families. Fully stocked and ample room for everyone. The community was amazing and close to the theme parks. Professional and easy communication. Would book through them again!

I was a little anxious when we booked after reading some of the reviews on BBB – but everything went well for our stay and some of the complaints and reviews don’t appear to be about the same company!? We just stayed in Champions Gate over Christmas 2022, travelling from the UK. Booking with Villadirect was easy and we saved about $550 by booking directly with them compared to other websites with the same homes. Payment and the arrival information given was simple to understand and Lisa was very helpful when we called before our arrival. The check-in was easy with the information and directions that they emailed to us and the house was even better than the photos showed (it’s just been upgraded and repainted). We did have one problem with a TV in the house, but someone came out the same day and showed us how to operate the remote currently. We’re recommend them to anyone coming to stay in Orlando.
Recently stayed at one of the properties this company manages. Lucky Charm, it was run down, dirty not equipped with cutlery, glasses etc. it was so dirty that the dirt was hanging off the fans, all the walls had marks on them and only 3 chairs on the lanie when the villa sleeps 10. Paid extra for a 4 burner bbq and got a 3 burners with no tools and it cost more than website stated. Especially liked the supermarket crate in the pool area to use as a table. Absolutely horrible villa.
This company surprise me and as a business owner I'm impressed I had gone on many websites and complained but the CEO Steve personally reached out to me and explain the situation and apologize for the experience I had and guaranteed me a full refund he also guaranteed me that if I ever had any issues down the road that I could personally reach out to him I'm very impressed with the way he handled the situation and how it prompt he was to get him back to me with that being said this company deserves a second chance
The resort home that I paid for was not the home that I ended up staying in.it wasn't clean had bugs and flies you couldn't even get in your vehicle for the flies coming in are the front door of the house. All the appliances were old I had to go out and buy a set of pots to cook in for the week. And when I spoke with the lady about my booking she said she emailed me about the change in the homes and I told her I never received that emailed she didn't apologize just said call the office in the morning. I will not ever booked through them ever again. When spending your money you want to be comfortable and I was not so its a no for me never again.
The location was great! The house was beautiful!! The pool was marvelous we can not wait until our next family vacation! We definitely will stay again!! Thanks Villa Direct🏖❤️❤️❤️🤩
stayed at Windsor Palms for 2 weeks in october 2019 and had a great time. villa was fantastic. had a problem with a sprinkler head hosing the pool and patio area but villa direct sent someone to fix it the same day, many thanks villa direct and Tom the handyman for sorting it. this was the first time i have used villa direct and found the whole process easy and straightforward. when we come back again (hopefully) these guys will be top of my list. many thanks again from the Turnbull family Northumberland England.
We stayed in Calabay Parc, Montara Drive. The villa was very comfortable, extremely clean as was the pool and pool area. The beds were very comfortable and the area of Calabay Parc was perfect for visiting the parks as well as quiet on return from the park.The communication between VillaDirect and myself was superb and they answered all my questions fully and promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending this villa and Villa Direct as a company to go to and we'll definitely be back. Thank you
Stay for four days, The place was great kids had fun in pool and there was enough room for everyone to have there on space,Had 2 houses the only thing was one house did not have enough wash rags. but every thing else was wonderful.W.Taylor
I have been using Villa Direct for my vacation home needs for the last couple of years the homes are big and beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. The lay away and stay is awesome and it helps me to pay for my home over time. I will continue to use them for my vacation needs

We booked this Villa for 7 adults all with en-suit. The villa had all the amenities required for our two week stay and would recommend to anyone going. Lovely sitting at the pool in the morning with breakfast. The location was fantastic 30 minutes from most of the parks and outlets. Plenty eating places and bars close by. Had a supermarket a 2 minute drive away. We did not use the communal area in this estate although it did always look quiet when we drove past.
