Shocking. Ordered on the app as advised, we ordered two drinks, a starter to share and two mains, we did not select the option to bring out the main and starter together. We were waiting for about 20 minutes and then the waitress came and gave us our mains, I asked her if the starter was coming first or the drinks, she asked me if I selected the option to bring them both together which I repeated no. She went off to check and then asked me to see my receipt online even though she'd placed the main our table? The starter came and she said she could warm up the main to which I said it was okay, however, it instantly ruined the mood after a good day out on the pleasure beach. Had to chase the drinks up with the manager about 10 minutes later and informed the manager that the app wasn't working also because the order hasn't came as expected (mains before started and drinks) - baring in mind I wasn't complaining - just informing them because this stuff obviously happens!!! He offered to make a fresh hot dog which I had and I declined and said I could eat it cold it's fine, however I went to eat it and I thought it was gonna be okay but obviously it tasted awful so didn't eat it. My partner asked the manager if there is anything that could be done (we were just hoping to get a refund on the hotdogs at least) and he said very bluntly, "well I did offer to warm it up for you so no there's nothing I can do' he then rolled his eyes as walking off!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour for a so called manager, he then proceeded to go and have a cigarette outside to watch the football (Keiran was the so called manager) I literally have no words, me and my partner left so annoyed. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
