Dont order from this company I made a …

Dont order from this company I made a first call to the company to find out if they had a tracking number for me amd the lady who answered said I called a wrong number. I checked the website and called the listed.number and a man answered and said to "Go to he77" then proceeded to tell me "Dont call back dog timmad" then humg up. All I had said was hello is this Vivedecor I will be contacting my credit card company. Bad experience

Scam Company

It took me months to receive an air conditioner i ordered, only to get the wrong one that wouldn't work. It took 8 months to settle the situation. I called them for weeks every day, emailed, contacted them through the website, with absolutely no response. When I went through my bank, they finally responded, and swore to send me a return label via email immediately. It didn't happen. So I had to go through my bank again to get a refund because despite all of my efforts to return their product, they were not willing to do ANYTHING. I would advise to avoid this company at all costs.

Scam/Theft - Terrible company

I ordered a 10 cup rice cooker from ViveDecor that was supposed to arrive within 7 business days. 3 weeks later, I am still waiting. They never returned my calls and stopped returning my emails. I will seek legal action soon! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst Company Ever!!!!

I ordered a rocking horse for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas. I am still waiting on it. When I call vivedeocor it goes straight to voicemail and oh you can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Big surprise I bet the mailbox is full from the rest of the customers like me that got scammed out of a Christmas present for my 2 year old!

Wrong color in picture; nonresponsive

After searching online for an electric wall mount fireplace on many different vendors websites, I finally settled on a lovely silver framed 40 inch unit. I didn't find a lot of units to choose from in silver framing, but found a lot in black within my price range. I was trading some size and black and some sleekness to find a silver unit in my price range that I thought would integrate batter into my home. When I received the unit, I was really surprised to find that it was framed in black. After searching online, I realized that the unit isn't even made with the silver frame. It is really a lovely products at a good price, but I could have gotten a sleek black much more sleek larger unit had I wanted to order a black unit. For $10 less I could've gotten a motor flame that was 15 inches larger and therefore more dramatic. Knowing that I would need to pay for return shipping and restocking, when the item was a totally different color than that which was depicted on their website, I called and emailed several times. Several weeks later I still have not heard back. Again, their price was good and the product is lovely, but it is not what was shown on their website and they still haven't updated the photo with an accurate photo despite my numerous calls and emails.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

This company advertises (still, as of today) a 148 piece set of magnets (G8108 Guidecraft Magneatos Jumbo Master Builder - 148 Pieces) for $69.99. They did not contact me for 7 days as to the status of my order. I called to inquire about the order and spoke with someone who is obviously running things out of his house -- and, conveniently, his manager is 'out of town'. He told me that the manufacturer has 'changed their pricing this year' and 'no longer offers a 148 piece set' -- proceeded to tell me he could order me a 100 piece set and an additional 30 or 60 piece set AND CHARGE ME THE DIFFERENCE!! I said 'you sold me a product with 148 pieces and now it somehow my fault that you are unaware of what you can order from your vendor?!?!' I made a suggestion that they send me the 100 piece and 60 piece sets at no additional charge. He said it would be a difference of about $50!!! This is a crock and I have never heard of a company being so underhanded, not to mention unwilling to communicate with their customers! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER

Do not purchase anything from this company. Phone calls are rarely answered, their voice mail is usually full and if you are able to leave a voice mail you will NOT get a return call. Any online inquiries concerning your order will NOT get answered; you can see that they posted, but you will have more luck talking to yourself in your mirror at home than getting any information from this company. They are VERY efficient at charging your card; I am very impressed how fast that transaction went through. I made a purchase for $549.00 on a pair of Kef speakers on 18 May 2015 and I have still not received them and it is 15 June 2015. I was told twice that they would be at my house within a couple of days. I call after no delivery and I am told that the container got held up in shipping on two different occasions (apparently from overseas). I canceled the order online and have not gotten any reply. Then I have been trying to call today and no one answers the phone. They have 1 customer service line. Why my order was charged before my speakers were shipped is beyond me!!! There is a 25% restocking fee and a 25% cancelation fee, I am sure that will be my next fight. Accessories4less has excellent prices and I had to do a return on some expensive speakers (they were too big for the WIFE - my fault) and they were so professional with me and they charged me no restocking fee and they could have. I have no affiliation with Accessories4less, just FYI. I am a real person with a real issue with VIVE DECOR. This company should be shut down. I have never dealt with such a BAD business in my whole life.......

Scam company!

This is a rip off company! I placed an order on Friday, at 5:47pm and sent a email and follow up call to cancel the order at 5:57pm on the same day!! Then today ( Monday--first work day of the week) I called and spoke with Chris telling him to cancel the order. He told me he have to call me back and I never heard from him after several additional calls and emails yet, the company charged my credit card this morning!! Rip off scam company that just wants to exploded people! Never do business with this company!!!

Worst possible online shopping experience

"My experience with ViveDecor was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. It's still not over and my guess is that my opinion of the company will only drop from here. Originally ordered a pair of KEFR300 loudspeakers on 4-27-2015. At first things seemed OK as I received an email confirming the purchase. The next email gave me a little concern as it outlined three steps in the order process. The first step was a 1-3 day process of waiting for my credit card to confirm. As it turned out, the charge posted to my card on precisely the same day I placed my order. If I can say one thing positive about ViveDecor it's that they have the payment collection process down cold. The next step was the "over-packaging" that would take 1-2 days. I'll come back to this in a minute but they give the impression that they care so much about your order that they want to beef up the factory packaging. The final step was the actual shipping which might take 2-3 days. On 5-4-2015 I called the support phone number for ViveDecor. It immediately went to voice mail. I left a message asking about the status of my package. My voice mail message was never answered. I also sent an email inquiry on the same day. Same response--none. On 5-6-2015 I called again and managed to connect with "Chris." I'm pretty sure that Chris is the only employee answering the phones at ViveDecor and I feel sorry for him because it can't be a positive experience. On that call Chris assured me that my speakers were on their way and should arrive at their facility within a day or so. I called again on 5-7-2015 and again spoke with Chris. My speakers still weren't in but another set (with a different finish) were in the warehouse and could be shipped. I authorized overnight shipping at that time (at my increased expense) and Chris promised to email me the tracking number later that day. The tracking number email never arrived. On 5-8-2015 I called ViveDecor again and left a message for Chris. The first call was early in the morning. When I didn't receive a call back from Chris after 2-3 hours, I called again. At this point Chris knew I'd be calling so the message immediately went to voice mail. Then the system explained that Chris' mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. This went on for the rest of the day. On the same day (5-8-2015) I called my card company and began the dispute process. I filed the claim as "merchandise not received." Around 6 PM on 5-8-2015 I received a notice from ViveDecor that a shipping label with FedEx had been created. Normally that means that you can start tracking the package a few hours later after the package is delivered or picked up by FedEx. Not so with ViveDecor. I tracked that number for the next 11 days and ViveDecor never put the package into the FedEx system. On 5-17-2015 I finally wised up and ordered my speakers directly from KEF. The speakers shipped on 5-18-2015 and they arrived at my office in PA on 5-19-2015. Today (5-19-2015) I received notice from FedEx that the package finally was picked up (not in New York but in Missouri) at 4 PM. Surprisingly, the ViveDecor package weighed only 48 pounds compared to the KEF Direct package which weighed 67 pounds. The over-packaging that ViveDecor claims to do must be very light-weight. In summary, don't let the savings persuade you to do business with these shysters. I have no idea what they're shipping because I've already instructed FedEx to reject the package. I'm sure I've got more fun ahead.

Terrible customer service by owner, Chris

I purchased a 10x12 pergola with assembly after confirming with the owner, Chris that assembly would occur at the same time as delivery. 3 weeks later the delivery co informed me they only provide curbside delivery and they were not the assembly company. Chris then told me a different company would call me in 5 to 7 days to schedule assembly. The wrong item arrived. I wanted to cancel the entire purchase based on the owner Chris' lie about assembly, poor customer service on the phone and delay to return my calls. Chris told me I would be charged shipping and restocking fees if I just cancel the order. He did not apoligize or acknowledge the fact that he lied to me and that they delivered the wrong item. He talked over me several times. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone over him he said he was the boss and the owner.

ViveDecor is a nightmare

ViveDecor is fraudulent, and the most rude, and irresponsible business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They shipped me a dehumidifier that I did not order, instead of the one I had ordered. It took multiple calls to get somebody to finally pick up their phone. This person (Chris) treated me with disrespect, yelling, talking over me, and finally hanging up the phone on me. I also filled out the contact form online, but never received a reply. After almost 3 months, I received a threatening email from Jake Morton asking me to send the dehumidifier back within 48 hours OR they would send me to Collections. A ridiculous threat as they had nothing to collect (my credit card had given me full credit). Stay away from this fraudulent business!

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had, hands down.

They shipped me the wrong items, and one arrived extremely damaged. After sending several emails and leaving messages at a number that no one EVER answers, someone called me back and I was told that the items I ordered were discontinued so they sent me other items as a replacement without asking me first. I did not want either item so they said okay, we'll pick them up and refund your money. That was over a month ago. Since then no one from ViveDecor has returned any of my phone calls or emails telling me how or when to return these items. In the meantime I have two huge boxes of furniture taking up all of the space in my foyer and I've had to file a claim with my credit card company as part of their Purchase Protection since ViveDecor has not responded. I was suckered into buying from this company because of their low prices; it is true, you get what you pay for! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Absolutely Cheater

My company has purchased 48 sets of stools from this irresponsible website. When we placed an order, they promised anything. We absolutely regretted we had sent full payments to vivedecor (a cheque, not even credit card in full payment). It's business, worth of trust, right? It turns out a disaster. First, we cancel the order which we never receive goods (in writing, totally follow their standard instruction). Second, we never receive the refund. Basically, they stole our money and try to be quite. No response at all. More than $7000 they took (never fulfill the order) that should be returned to us. We are following the legal procedure to get the money back. Please, other people, never consider to do any kind of business with this company!!!

F with Better Business Bureau; TERRIBLE, FRAUDULENT

Don't be a sucker like me. Do you research and don't buy from here. They played switcheroo with me, delivered to a non existent address, claimed I received it, then are demanding my money or threatening to ruin my credit. Credit card company doing nothing to protect me. Trust me...pay the 15% more for the goods. Your sanity is worth it. Disgusting that this is what America has come to. Shame on you Vive Decor.

Not A Reputable Company - False Advertising, Don't Honor Their Policies, Non-Existent Customer Service!

This is NOT a legitimate, reputable company! I put in an order for an entertainment center on December 27, 2014. The confirmation email stated that it should arrive WITHIN 10 DAYS. By mid-January, I had left several voicemails and emails inquiring about my product, since THE FUNDS WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY! When no response was given, I called and left a voicemail to cancel my order, but no response was given. In addition, per their policy, I submitted a ticket via their "contact us" page to cancel my order. Their website states, "ViveDecor will send you an email confirming if your cancellation request has been approved or denied WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS". It has been a month, yet still no reply from them! When the cancellation was not reflected in the status of my order, I filed a claim with my bank. At this point, the bank has refunded me my money, but I'm daily taking screenshots of my account status, which still says, 'To Be Shipped', rather than, 'Cancelled'. I have ATTEMPTED to leave dozens of emails, BUT THEIR VOICE MAILBOX IS ALWAYS FULL! I emailed them to let them know I was contacting the BBB, but I haven't had any communication returned in 2 months. THEIR SHIPPING TIME FRAME IS FALSE ADVERTISING, THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY ON THEIR END, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!

Horrible company!!!

Never order from oneclickmx dba vivedecor!! Horrible company!! They told me excuse after excuse regarding the delay of an order. I finally cancelled it and 5 months later, I received it from the manufacture! They will not respond to any communication regarding return and refund!!! Save yourself the headache!!

Nonexistant customer service, ridiculously horrible delivery, borderline scammers

In June, I ordered a sofa from Vivedecor.com (apparently now Vivedecor.net), because they had the best price I could find for the item, and the reviews seemed alright. Big mistake on my part. My credit card was charged immediately and I got an initial auto-generated e-mail saying that the sofa would be shipped in 5-6 days but that delivery confirmation would follow. I waited about a week, but no delivery information came. What's more troubling, I went to vivedecor.com and saw that the domain was now up for sale (I later found the new vivedecor.net site). I tried e-mailing and calling the company number -- got a voicemail, left a message, but no one returned my call. I thought -- this must be a scam, so I called my credit card company and started a dispute. My credit card company agreed, and after waiting 10 days for a response from Vivedecor, they credited me back the funds. Fast forward SIX WEEKS: A Fedex Freight slip is left on my door. I call and they say they have a sofa for me. I got ZERO advanced notification, the company didn't bother to contact me at all when the dispute came in, or when I called and e-mailed. Nothing. I decent company would let you know that their domain was changing, that they had shipped your order; they would have given you tracking information. But they had zero communication with me. I am happy to say that I have found out that there are human beings (albeit terrible ones) working at the company, as shortly after the delivery the Vivedecor.NET contacted my credit card company to say it had been delivered and get their payment back. Overall, a terrible experience. I would recommend to no one, ever. It's worth spending the extra few dollars to buy from a credible and reputable company for peace of mind.
