Killed my pet lying saying my order was sent out or being prepared and she died. They killed her by lying bc eventually admitted they lost the RX i mailed in. Vet said she died bc of them. Someone needs to be held accountable for me losing my service animal.

Good selection but really inconvenient if you need to make changes
You can only cancel an autoship by calling them. Is it 1995? The whole point of ordering online is for the convenience and self-manageability of being able to make changes to your own account. I only ordered from them once and the box of sterile IV solution arrived partially open and damaged. Two stars instead of one for friendly customer service - it took them a while to get back to me via e-mail but they did refund the order. The live chat isn't exactly live... you have to wait for someone to answer it which seems to take several minutes each time I tried. Going on 10 minutes right now, which gave me plenty of time to write this review!

Had script on autoship and have not seen it. Down to two days of supply, when I contacted they told me they attempted to refill but they were out with no timeframe when getting more. That was 2 weeks ago and I had gotten no notification so I could rectify the issue and attempt to goto another pharmacy.

Save your sanity, go ANYWHERE else
Like everyone else, I wish I read the reviews before ordering, it is definitely not worth the $15-20 saving. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. The incompetence of the customer support team is crazy, I genuinely feel like I'm being punked and have wasted hours of my life just trying to get worming tablets. Beyond frustrating.

Cheap, in every sense of the word.
Ordered on MONDAY, by THURSDAY they had not contacted my vet to confirm the Rx. I called WalmartPetRX on Thursday and they reported that they had "tried to FAX the vet" on Monday and that the FAX had "failed" (???). THEY TOOK NO ACTION AFTER THAT. They simply GAVE IT UP. I asked them to CALL the vet, which they claimed to have done after putting me on hold. They did not. I was told it was taken care of. It was not. The next day there was NO CHANGE and MY VET STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED A CALL from WalmartPetRX. I called W.M. AGAIN and got the EXACT same story. They put me on hold, claimed to call the vet, but did not. No change by the afternoon. I called *AGAIN* and was told that they HAD confirmed my Rx. My order, if I receive it at all, will be OVER A WEEK LATE and I HAD TO HARASS THEM DAILY to get them to do ANYTHING. Stick with bathroom mats and dog toys, Walmart! Prescription medication is a serious business and your slapdash method of operation, though CHEAP, IS NOT UP TO IT!I was IMMEDIATELY charged for this Rx on Monday. I have paid, but it still has not shipped.

Do not expect the order in a timely manner
When ordering anything from Walmart Pet Rx do not expect to receive the order in a timely manner. This has happened twice. First time I paid the $22 to receive item next business day. It took 5 business days to receive the item. Second time decided to pay the $7 for two business days. Ordered on a Friday before the cut off time (the 4th). The product was not shipped until the 7th, Monday. No notification of when item is shipped. Maybe they should not be able to take the money until the item is shipped. At least I would know when they actually send the item out.

If I could negative stars I would because it’s impossibly filling any RX from this system. They have redone an mischarged my credit cards and messed up my orders. They haven’t been able to attach my vets approvals to medications. This is a nightmare!

Cannot remove auto-refill from website
I canceled an order for Rimadyl because it makes my dog sick. When I checked the website, the auto-refill subscription was shown to be "suspended." I looked for a way to cancel it completely but found nothing.The next day the website showed they were contacting my vet to renew the Rimadyl. I haven't called them yet (they are not open now) but am really aggravated that this happened. I don't have $50 to throw away on medication that can't be used.

Horrible horrible they do not have it together took weeks to get meds for my pet . With my vet having to do mutipule confirmations verbal and email !!! Ridiculous

I wish I had read the reviews before orderingI placed an order on Sunday because it said 2-day shipping. The order got hung up in the system and as of Tuesday morning it was still showing "pending." I contacted customer service via email, received no response. I called, and the first person to help offered no help. They essentially read to me what the website said. I asked for someone who could help and was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I got a call back from a manager who said they escalated it to the warehouse. A couple of hours later, I get an email saying that one item was out of stock, so the order could not be filled. I contacted them and said to please cancel the out-of-stock item and ship the rest since "2Day shipping" is why I chose them. They finally cancelled the oos item and said they would ship the rest. They told me to allow for 24-48 hours for the order to be processed for shipping. So basically, "2-days" shipping means that they might ship it in 2-days, but you'll get it whenever. Then, after all of this, I checked my order status and they charged me shipping because the out-of-stock goods being removed took me below their free shipping threshold.This was my first and last interaction with this terrible company. I should have read the reviews online because garbage like this seems to be the norm.

Placed initial order and mailed my Rx from the vet. I informed Walmartpetrx it was in the mail. It took them several days to process their mail and all the while they were calling my vet multiple times. The Rx was valid for a year and I set up a recurring order for every month for a year. Every month Walmartpetrx has emailed me requesting an Rx. I don't have the original because I was required to send it with the initial order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM Walmartpetrx

3 business days after ordering flea…
3 business days after ordering flea meds for my cat: 1 call to my vet who claims they haven't even received script request from walmart, 1 call to walmart pet rx support who claims they had a rep directly call my vet for approval, and hours later from call to walmart support and order states STILL AWAITING VET APPROVAL. I thought I could save some $$$$ but now all I have is a huge headache from walmart's inability to handle business.

Incompetent WalmartpetRX employees
My cat needs medication throughout the year, therefore, I have this medication on AutoShip, every three months with WalmartpetRX. I use them for about a year now. It is nightmare every time when the medication suppose to ship. The Walmart employees keep saying that my veterinarian needs to authorize refill, although my veterinarian send them 11 refills for whole year supply of this medication. Every time it takes me a several phone calls back-and-forth between Walmart in my veterinarian to fix it. It delays significantly shipment of medication. The incompetency of Walmartpet pharmacy employees with processing prescriptions from my veterinarian and entering correct data into their computers is truly remarkable. The price is good, that’s the reason why I stayed with them so far, but it’s really getting old. Would rather pay more and go with somebody else.

Absolutely atrocious “service” from WalmartPetRX.Ordering from this company has been a total nightmare. I started the process three weeks ago and have still not received my dog’s heart failure meds. My vet has faxed approval twice and yesterday phoned their pharmacy directly. I called them (in India or wherever) for the fourth time this morning and finally received word that the prescription is being shipped and will arrive tomorrow. We’ll see.Oh, and don’t believe their lie that they host an online chat feature for dealing with customer issues. There is no working link to this phantom feature. Your only options are an email to a bot which offers reassuring words about an imminent contact from a representative who doesn’t exist or a call to Hyderabad or Mumbai or wherever. Judging by the ratings here, this must be the worst company in the world. At least I know I’m not alone.

What A Hassle
Website does not work, gives errors in three different browsers. Poor customer service when you call. Order delayed because they would not accept prescription from Vet and then they claimed Vet did not respond for approval even though Vet said it was faxed back the same day. Decent prices but probably not worth all the hassle, broken promises and long delays.

If you need a med soon, don't use Walmart Pet RX. I don't know how many times I had to call to check on orders. They were horribly slow, and something is broken in their system. My vet never received the authorization request forms. No one picks up the phone when my vet tried to call to give a verbal approval. Their pharmacy closes early too. Not like 24/7 service from other pet pharmacies. I waited over a week and gave up on them. I canceled everything and placed a new order from other pharmacies.

Very Disappointed
I ordered my dog's medication through WMpetrx because it is the most affordable for a monthly med. She has severe arthritis and this particular med is supposed to help her (hopefully). Because the FDA doesn't allow emailing scanned copies of a prescription I had to send the ORIGINAL prescription through the US post office to them. I mailed the prescription 11 days ago and WMpetrx claims they still haven't received it. Every day I get an email from WMpetrx telling me my order cannot be completed without the prescription. And today I get an email telling me my order will be cancelled unless they receive the prescription. I called customer service and spoke with the most unempathtic person today. I knew I should have gone through Chewy's or 1800Petmeds. They were always much easier to work with albeit more of an expense. At least my dog would be on her way to feeling better now instead of being at the mercy of WMpetrx.

Savings not worth the hassle and headaches -
They do not accept emails or any RX from the Vet - you need to mail an original RX to them. Then you mail it and they don't get it at the address they ask you to send it to. Which means you are now out the original RX and need to go back to your Vet for a new one. The savings are not worth the hassle and headaches caused by this company.
