On two separate occasions I have tried to make claims for my RV. Within these claims there were some routine maintenance bills that I understood but the failures of the components and questions on both claims were denied. Absolutely worthless company and they would do anything within their power to deny your claim steer clear of this company. Save your money
I'm deeply disappointed with the experience I've had with this warranty company. The wait times are consistently long, and I often find myself being put on hold repeatedly while they check notes, which drags out the process even further. It feels like every repair is an uphill battle, with authorization for necessary parts being questioned at every step.As a service advisor, my priority is to ensure that our clients' vehicles are properly repaired. These clients have paid good money for a warranty to protect their investment, yet the warranty company seems reluctant to authorize essential repairs. This reluctance undermines the purpose of the warranty and leaves our clients frustrated.It's disheartening to see clients who have invested in a warranty being met with such resistance rather than the support they expected. I hope this feedback encourages a more efficient and cooperative process in the future, so that clients can receive the service and peace of mind they deserve.
We had an issue with RV and Revelos has stood by us very well. A claim was opened and Revelos took care of most of the costs. TJ was a great representative, he was honest, open and seemed to really care. I would recommend Revelos and TJ for warrant issues
This is a SCAM. This company is absolute fraud. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and buy insurance from a reputable company. These cowboys are just looking for excuses to deny your claim. Please find another company, or regret later. Be cautious, these guys have many different trading names too - all are fraudulent.
Zero or NEGATIVE stars if I could. Filed claim Feb 20 2024 told “all looks good “ Many days later ask what’s going on, answer, we can’t read the name on the dealership on the invoice. No one ever reached out to me. Sent new scan of bill. 30 days later, no check. Called them “Oh we sent it it must be lost in the mail. We will put a stop payment on the check and issue you a new check but we have to wait 10 days after the stop payment is issued” (it’s already been lost for 30 days). After 70 total days (30 for the check 10 for the stop payment and ANOTHER 30 days “where is my check? “Oh we sent it, it must be lost in the mail. We will put a stop payment on the check and issue you a new check but we have to wait 10 days after the stop payment is issued” It is now nearly June (claim in February) and no check. They claim they CANT send it registered mail. Even if your claim is legit I am thinking YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEYBurn your money rather than pay this outfit, at least it will warm your fingers.
This company is a scam do not waste your money ....... they do not stand behind there warranty.... I have reached out multiple times to get a resolution to my vehicle problems to only be hit with road blocks and excuses BUYER BEWARE .....
This company is not even a joke. They are literally SCAM ARTIST'S. I have a cover EVERYTHING (diamond coverage) plan, nearly $4000 for 3 years unlimited miles. I had a major failure and all they do is deny with no real foundation or explanation on why. if you really want to give your money away, I'll send you my cash app tag. You should screenshot this review and post it to your social media so we can shut these SCAM artist down permanently.
Please please people do NOT use this company is a joke we had the diamond policy SUPPOSED to cover everything bumper to bumper they will find anything wrong to not cover now we have a utv for a yard ornaments our unit don't even have 800 miles or hours which ever it is please people find anther insurance company REVOLOS is a waste of money and time it is ridiculous that they get away with doing people wrong they are blue collar thieves steal
I have the "Diamond plan" - first extended warranty I ever bought because I had suspicions about the car I was buying - but post covid we don't have much selection. First trip to shop - the bumper to bumper plan would not cover the power doors or the failed rear wheel bearing on a 2016 Kia Sedona - but would cover the $85 power steering hose. Three weeks later - the transmission failed. Three weeks after that - still waiting on the A holes to respond to the dealership. No refusal, no acceptance - just complete silence and customer service (that's a joke) claims the "review" process has no phone numbers and can't be bothered by phone calls. 1-800-942-0400
It’s The Best!!! 4.5 Stars!!! It would’ve been 5!!! But no coverage for airbag malfunctions(???). Even the service advisor loves it!!! Find it at your credit union, and buy it!!!
This company will do anything they can to deny illegitimate claims. We have diamond coverage on our camper and had a broken / defective part that caused a major water leak and we were not able to use the water at all until the repairs were done (which were done after hours and therefore, could not get it "pre-approved"
Giving me the run around about reimbursement been over a month now and they still say we need documentation I told them I sent it 5 times they finally found all of them but still passing it over....I want my money back for 2 1/2 of service through them....
Scam Alert. The car with 60k in miles had an oil leak. The dealership analyzed and recommended an oil gasket replacement $1k. The company asked to tear down the engine the ‘identify the reason for the leak’. The tear down on a BMW engine is thousands of dollars that the warranty company doesn’t cover. And then they are likely to say the oil gasket replacement is not covered due to ‘wear and tear’. They don’t care about your out of pocket cost that’s wasted as long as they don’t have to pay for the coverage they sold you. This is a scam. Don’t get it.For another issue that was covered, they only decided to cover 80% of the repair due to ‘higher labor rates for a mechanic’ compared to what’s in their system. What’s in their system is not relevant for big cities. I have a Diamond Plan (the highest and the most expensive) and it wasn’t clear to me at the time of purchase that I needed to find a discount garage with mechanics that met their high qualification bar. Finally, they have been going back and forth with the mechanic at the dealership for 5 days, sent an auditor and still have ‘more investigation’ to do. You will be stuck without a car and their rental car benefit is very limiting - they approved 1 day of rental for a car that is in the garage for a second week without an estimate for a resolution. They keep saying it takes 48 hours, and then again 48 hours, followed by more days. Customer service (or Member Services) doesn’t know anything, they are just reading a script.
I'm happy with this company and I love Krystal Oliver in the claims department she made the whole process smooth my claim was approved.the differential went out which costed 3,569 on my Dodge RAM ♈ 1500 Hemi .per K.KingAnd I would recommend this company to everybody, thank you so much.
WORST Service contract I have ever dealt with. They declined my claim as they felt our UTV was in a collision. I asked if they were there, and she said no we weren't. I said the part that was asking to be replaced was not in a collision, and she said they already declined is as it wasn't a mechanical failure. Yes the part failed and it broke. Do not purchase.
Worst company my 08 wrangler had to go in for a new motor. I was told all I had to do was bring it to the dealership so I did and then the motor would have to torn down to wgats wrong that was $3,247.89 found out the 2 rods are bad and the engine needs to be replaced but biw there refusing to pay cuz I don't have enough maintenance records for the Jeep I got the the jeep with 133,000 miles it has 142,000 on it I've got two oil records so far but it's not good enough for them they say they're going off the matter off the manufacturer specs of maintenance so I looked and for the wrangler jk it's only needed every 7,500-10,000 miles so I'm definitely in specs and no car stuck with over 3k bill and a car that still needs a motor
I was able to get my air condition sensor repaired by Toyota because of my warranty I am giving you guys a five star customer service was great Toyota dealership said you guys were awesome to deal with and said you guys are very qualified and know what you're doing
Their customer service is a joke! I purchased their GAP coverage three years ago when I bought my car. I was just in an accident and put in a claim and they came back saying their is no payable benefit for my claim. Which the difference from what I owed and what my insurance covered was about $2,200. They gave me some stupid breakdown that doesn’t even make sense and I haven’t been able to reach them since.
Worst Extended Warranty I’ve ever had. Ford 3.5L Ecoboost cam phasers are a known issue that have nothing to do with oil maintenance and the dealership told them that. Ford even has a service announcement for it but will not pay after so many miles. Revolos will find any small reason not to pay for your repair
