Our system was installed in March 2024. There is a frequent pink tinge that appears in the toilet and around the sink drain. Also brown sludge in the salt tank. I don’t feel it is working as it should.
No direct line. No technical support. Reginox tap got stuck after 6 months and no part available on their website. Manual don’t even tell you how to change the filter.
I did eventually get a call from water solutions direct but had already returned my faulty boiling tap to the kitchen fitters who refunded my money.
Very bad company to deal with, there is no direct telephone number the only way to contact them is via email long delay sending the part ordered.When it arrived it was not the relevant part .Sent email no response!!!
