If i could give zero i would, Absolute waste of time, extremely poor customer service and rude, I had an appointment booked for 2.40pm 03/02/2026 at Bexleyheath, I turned up a little early and was told that he was going for lunch and to come back at 2.40pm.I returned at 2.35pm and sat there until 3.10pm with no sign of anyone returning.I am a self employed person and if i run my business like this i would have no customers.AVOID at all costs they are an absolute joke of a company and don't deserve your custom.

After getting an online quote for a tempting price, got the car to the dealer and within two clicks they told me it was worth pennies. Waste of time to be honest. The online quote process doesn’t allow you to add any other information that the dealer i person added to get final price.

Bought a vehicle from we buy cars with a 2 year warranty. I had problems from the first day with the clutch. They fixed it twice just to keep their side of the warranty. Just after 3 months the gearbox and clutch gave problems again. They told me its out of their warranty and i need to consult innovation. Long story short. I had to fixed everything out of my pocket. They lied about everything and steel the warranty money

Beware of this company. Absolute zero customer service, once they get you to pay even a deposit, you will be stranded. Don't even think about having a complaint or anything you believe should be customer service related, they will ignore you.Rather buy anywhere else, you will be much better off even if you end up paying more somewhere else

September 2024 I purchased a vehicle from we buy cars at riverhorse valley,the sales person was very incompetent with his level of service after taking the vehicle I had numerous issues and he had never assisted in a way, never responded to calls or messages.I had went to the dealership and met DYNA who was ever ready to assist even though she didn't sell me the vehicle.DYNA had always provided me with feedback, responded to me on the turn. They fed us this number of $9,000 to get us in the door. After wasting hours with them they came back with a $5,200 offer. I spent 20 years in the car business and knew my daughter would take less for selling her car here but didn't expect them to try and steal it. Carmax made a deal to buy the car at $8,200. This kind of discrepancy in the numbers is way off. Again, after being in the business for 20 years one thing I know is that allcar places sue the same info and are generally in the same ballpark with a price which tells me these buys are nothing but crooks. Could explain why they are on some side road and not on the main street. When you go there just be prepared to waste time and be insulted. They offered us $4,000 below rough book listing price adn this car was not rough.

To whom it may concernI would first of all like to state I have sold many cars via your business and never had an issue until now.My complaint is as follows -I brought my car in on Friday 13th 2024 to be valued. I was given a price which I thought was low but understood this was the best price at the time. The consultant I spoke to was Ramona Precup.She was very helpful and said to me VERY CLEARLY if i booked a further appointment for Monday the price i was told would be the same and may even be higher.With that I booked a further appointment while I was there. In all honesty I could have sold it there and then or even the next day but on the prospect of a better price I held off with the guarantee from her that the price would be held.So today i returned back only to be told that the price i was given had gone down by £130 and the price on Friday is only valid for the day that's not what was told!Ramona was very clear she did not state any conditions other than the car in the same state i would like to point out my mileage did change by just over 100 miles. I had little or no choice and had to sell the car today as your branches are closed tomorrow and my new car is coming Wednesday.As a valued customer I appreciate you taking this into account and paying back my £130 i was expecting. I sent this to them and was told tough luck the policy states I am very sorry but we can only guarantee an offer for 4 days from the date of the valuation and not from the appointment date. SO DONT TRUST THEMI have an update on this .............I decided to contact the CEO avril.palmer-baunack and explain my situation my first email was sent on 27th Dec with 2 reminders the last being on 10th of January no reply this just about says it all about the business !

My car was in the shop and I looked into selling it. I asked WeBuyCars to provide a quote. They sent a representative to the shop and gave me an offer, which I did not accept.Days later, I receive a letter from them in the mail. They had illegally taken the registration from my vehicle and were sending it back to me. I never gave consent to take anything from my vehicle. They never asked for consent nor did they inform me they would take any information from the vehicle. Incredibly shady.

Bought a car from them, The Dekra report was not correct at all pertaining to road worthiness. I had to sort quite a few issues out before being roadworthy. When I approached them they said to send all invoices which I did. Then they turned around and told me to go to the ombudsman and that I had no claim as warranty nil and void as I undertook to do repairs myself. Although they implied that I should and send them all the Invoices. I have a case pending with the Ombudsman. They have been given til 10th of October to respond. So go to the Ombudsman if you have to. I don't find them trustworthy at all.

I bought a mini coupe cooper 2012 from we buy cars, the day I received it the very same evening I received a engin light fault reduce power take mini to the nearest mini service centre Car went back 3 x to the mechanic and after explaining the problems the 1st time the mechanic said it couldn't be the turbo and can't be this and that amd now it's back for the 4th time and all issues came up after asking a compression test and shows that the top gasket has blown or is about to blow. turbo giving a wisle sound and overheats. Bought the car on the 26th July and that same evening I had a problem and informed we buy cars. It's been more by the mechanic and in my garage and my first payment is almost due by month end 31 Aug 2024.We buy cars now wants to use my warranty to see if they will cover it and if not they want to cancel the deal or replace. I think this is wrong cause why was these problems not picked up before and only when I took it in my possession.This should not come from my warranty as it falls under the 7 days and like I said I did not even have the car 5 hours in my possession and this happens. How did it pass all the tests dekra and roadworthy with shock mounts faulty too.Auxiliary water pump faultyTurbo faultyTop gasket about to blow or have blownShocks faulty Overheats Clutch high Car goes in limb mode ectI want the car don't get me wrong but I want these problems fixed 100% and I shouldn't be paying a cent and shouldn't come from.my warranty. Own a Car but Can’t Drive It - Appalling After Sales Service
I bought my car on the 26th of May, it turned out it had a faulty head gasket and I sent it back to be sorted out. It is now the 3rd of August and nothing has been done about it. I’ve contacted them numerous times, I’ve sent countless emails and I’ve personally gone into the branch for assistance, but still nothing. I own a car that I’m not driving, is sitting at WebuyCars PE and I’m paying an instalment on. It’s an issue they admit was their fault, but they’re still trying to be cheap and go through my warranty and get they keep getting denied cause it should be out of their pocket. I’m at my wits’ end and my last resort is taking this to the Ombudsman.
