Our neighbours had work done by Westville.Front scaffolding erected then left unattended for over a fortnight.They then broke into our back yard by removing (and in the process breaking) a locked gate, and slapped up their scaffolding in our back yard. They’ve broken tree branches, occupied bird boxes, and plants, ploughing through the garden, blocked our rear exit by moving heavy planters out of the way of their scaffolding, and left our greenhouse doors open, killing most of what was inside.Neither us nor the neighbour had any idea they were even coming.Still awaiting new usable gate and a formal apology as well as expected finish date. Instead they’ve left their embarrassed admin team to take the full flak. Avoid if you can.
Had insulation done on my property by this company everything looked so nice until we noticed the insulation surrounding the front door wasn’t square my husband mentioned it to the inspector who didn’t seem concerned but we are displeased with that section which should rightly be corrected .
Painted the EWI the wrong colour first.Having only just seen the property following our tenant moving out, we notice that there’s paint all over the composite door and the window cills.
I asked what guarantee they provided and they said 25 years. After the job completed, I asked for confirmation of the guarantee and they replied that they didn't provide a guarantee. Don't trust them! For sure I won't use them again.
An honest, decent company. Helpful staff, and polite and efficient tradesmen. I would recommend this company for home insulation work.
