Complaint-Memo

Complaint-MemoFormal-Complaint Memorandum:Date: 8-26-25From: Marcus Murphy, 5 W. Las Vegas St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903; (719) 412-1512To: William Meyer, We Will Transport It, Inc., 2303 Arthur St., Hollywood, FL 33020; (866) 297-5551, (469) 620-0767, (800) 677-1196Subject: Order/Contract # 21379368 (7-16-25), Formal Complaint – Unfulfilled Contractual-Obligations / Request for ResolutionMr. Meyer: I am writing to lodge a formal-complaint regarding the transport-services provided by We Will Transport It, specifically involving your representative, Louis DeThomas. On July 16, 2025 (7-16-25), I contracted your company to transport my white 1993 Excel Fifth-Wheel RV-Trailer (VIN: 4DLRV3125P1007658, TX Lic.-Pl.# B144873) from Two-Buttes (Springfield), CO 81073 to Adero-Az (Garita), NM 88421, under Order/Reference Number 21379368. I agreed to the terms, price, and service-level outlined in your written-confirmation and wired the fee in advance. Here is what occurred: A driver never showed-up (i.e., service was not rendered as agreed) on Tues., Aug. 12, 2025 (8-12-25); several bizarre-texts from Mr. DeThomas ensued, including him apparently impersonating a Spanish-speaking driver on-site, but from his office phone-number in Florida. Impact: The service-failure resulted in unjust-enrichment & Intentional-Infliction of Emotional-Distress (I.I.E.D.). This conduct constitutes a breach of contract and may violate applicable State and federal consumer-protection laws governing transport brokers and carriers. As such, I am seeking the following resolution: Full-Refund of $1,150.00 paid for undelivered or misrepresented services; and/or Compensation for any damages or additional-costs incurred due to your failure to perform. If I do not receive a written-response within 10 business-days of your receipt of this letter, I will proceed with filing formal-complaints with the Better Business Bureau (B.B.B.), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (F.M.C.S.A.), the Federal Trade Commission (F.T.C.), and the Florida Attorney-General’s Office. I will also share my experience on relevant consumer-platforms to warn potential-customers. I am prepared to provide documentation — including contracts, receipts, correspondence, and photographs — to any oversight-body investigating this matter. Please treat this-complaint as a formal-notice and final-opportunity to resolve this dispute without further-escalation.Sincerely,Dr. Marcus A. Poor overall service

We contracted wewilltransportit.com to pickup a forklift in Indiana and deliver it to our warehouse in Memphis TN. We dealt with a lady named Christina G. who quoted us $895.00 all inclusive. Before accepting the quote we informed her that there would be loading assistance at the pickup but we required a dock high truck to be able to unload it to our warehouse dock. She stated that she would send a dock high flatbed or a rollback to accommodate the delivery. We then accepted the quote. When the forklift was picked up, the seller sent me pictures. I immediately called Christina and informed her that the forklift was not on a dock high trailer like we requested. She apologized for the mistake and stated she would arrange a rollback tow truck to meet the carrier at our location to move the forklift from the carrier’s trailer to our dock. The tow truck driver showed up two hours before the carrier showed up. Once the carrier arrived, the tow truck driver demanded $231.75 or he would not do it. I tried calling Christina 6 times to get her to take care of the payment issue. The tow truck driver decided he was going to just leave so we were forced to pay him. I have emailed Christina and called and left several messages, all of which have no response. Our next step will be legal action from our attorney.
