I called this company to get tax help and was told they would cost too much for me to help me yet they don't even know how much I make. The condescending jerk who answered the phone kept calling me "dear" ugh 😑
I have been dealing with Yvonne since the beginning of our journey. She never calls in a timely manner and/or when she says she will. I provided all the W-2’s that she requested on June 8. When I emailed on July 6 to get an update on my case, I received an email from Jaime a CPA who said he was just waiting on our W-2’s. I forwarded him the SAME PDF file that I had provided Yvonne in June and also sent him a copy of the email that Yvonne had sent me acknowledging that she had received our W-2’s. There’s a serious breakdown in communication somewhere. But they’re certainly taking their payments out in a timely manner. So far, I am not impressed in the least with the (lack of) service I’m getting.

The W Tax group did an amazing job . Dealing with IRS had me nervous and I didn't know who to go to but I'm glad I found them. They were ready for any question I had, created a plan and Very professional. Large firms, small firms, individuals - the whole lot advertising on the internet.Didn’t know these folks, they were not in my state, but they seemed like a dedicate group based on their internet reviews.Going with the W Tax Group was the best choice for my tax Issue. They talked the same language, had no fast-talking sales lines, no hand offs to different experts for the run around, they just deliver plain old detective work towards your issue in a timely manner. Calls and emails were always promptly address by client manager - Steve.Spent a lot of time with the W Tax Group regarding the smallest of detail, and there was never once any pushback.If you like truth, reality and hardworking folks, I would recommend the W Tax Group every time. These folks know the laws and rules to get you the best result possible. IThe W Tax Group took me in when I owed taxes as far back as 2003. I hadn't filed for many years and filed exempt for the majority of them. They did not judge me. They took my case and i truely believe they never looked back shaking their head. They were awesome with explaining and breaking everything down. Their payment expectation was within reach for me and they made my payments to where I could pay my bills and live and still pay them. This firm cares about their clients. They were able to get a resolution that was way far better than I would've ever been able to forsee. The settlement was able to be paid with less than one week of my paycheck. Today I contacted The W Tax Group regarding a burdensome matter of back taxes. I was fortunate that the individual answering my phone call was Amy. I don’t think there are enough adjectives to describe her level of genuine empathy, patience, and kindness. Amy listened to my tax history in question and had an immediate explanation and solution. This tax weight has consumed the better part of a decade. For Amy, this is her job, and she exhibited the utmost in professionalism, but for me she has been a lifeline. I am grateful that their is help out their for people like me who need help. the W Tax group has been a amazing blessing for me. They took their time and explained everything to me so that I can understand it completely. I knew what was going on step by step. Then, their was Chistopher Koziol who was also patient and very informative, because of him I had further evidence I was on the right track he did a great job preparing my paperwork and helping do what I needed to do. After a failed OIC effort on my part, I contacted W Tax Group among many others and settled on them in February, 2019. The IRS Revenue Officer and The OIC agent were both unresponsive and/or somewhat incompetent, adding to the whole process more issues to deal with. It was a difficult case with many side problems requiring qualified responses. Over time, countless conversations took place to address the constant whims and requests of the IRS. In the end, my $81,000 tax bill was settled for $13, 350. So, I paid 15% of the obligation as a final result. The staff at W Tax Group demonstrated complete professionalism and integrity in dealing with me at all times. They were responsive to my concerns and questions. Each contact was addressed in a reasonable timeframe and no stones were left unturned in attempting to achieve the best outcome. Their fee reflected both the quality of service being offered and the increased probability of a positive outcome. Truly, you get what you pay for. The biggest weight of my life has now been lifted. Got into a mess with the IRS and Steve Hooks was there with me through the whole ordeal very good guy to work with he saw hope when i couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope I never have to use the W Tax Group again but if I do you can bet I will be calling Steve Hooks.
