Another disaster from ZE Technology

I bought the PULSE smartwatch hoping to have a reliable health monitor on my wrist. I know that very few watches are certified for accurate blood pressure readings, but I was hoping this might be one of them. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.I’m normally hypotensive, so I tested the watch’s blood pressure feature. It reported 154/92 when my actual reading was 87/47. That’s not a small error—it’s completely inaccurate. It also significantly underreported my heart rate, showing 91 bpm when my actual heart rate was 138 bpm. As a “medical” device, it failed miserably.The advertised “thousands” of watch faces were another disappointment. Despite all the options, I couldn’t find a single one I actually liked.And it gets worse. I set heart rate monitoring to every 5 minutes. It worked… but only while I was sleeping. During normal daily activity—like walking my dog—it didn’t record consistently at all.Overall, this watch fails at the very things it’s supposed to do. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Avoid ZE Pulse Smart Watch

I ordered ZE Pulse Smart Watch and got it after 35 days from date ordered - first issue.I tested functionality - and had problems by answering on phone call - very bad sound quality, speaker is on bad place, so when you wear it on hand speaker is closed at the bottom, so sound becomes shitty - useless - second issue.When I tested it in activity - BPM's were not accurate at all, since I had two other devices for the same measurement - third issueWhen I asked company to return product and get refund, I got shitty response - I was in the communication with support for about a month and a half and finally gave up - claimed in the bank for chargeback as only solution left - fourth issue.Altogether, I do not recommend this product and this company at all.

Not really that smart and overpriced and lacking key functionality

I ordered what I believed to be a Smartwatch but in all honesty, it falls short in some rather significant areas for what you pay. I was pleased to see my order processed promptly without any drama and it arrived within 10 days to Australia. Where this watch falls short is partly due to my own lack of understanding Smartwatches and I should have known better. The ZE Active looks great but is missing some key aspects. It does not have WiFi connection so as soon you walk around the corner form your phone you lose connection. The watch still works as a watch but no messages, no calls coming in/out etcSecondly, there is no NFC capability - this is what you need to pay by Google Pay etc. so you still need your phone at hand to do that.The contacts list is limited to 10 contacts and after that you either look up list of received calls or use your phone to make a call. You can't send msgs and by the way incoming txt msgs get cut off at a specified number of characters so again you need your phone for most msgs.The phone is blue tooth connection but don't expect to many applications to link to it. Samsung Health for instance just doesn't want to know about it as a device in the FitCloudPro app which is what you need to connect to the ZE Smartwatch. The accompanying instruction manual is in 8 languages and all details and images fit onto an A3 sheet of paper folded down. As you might expect the instructions make little sense and offer no insight into how to actually use the phone rather than how to install the FitCLoudPro app and settings.So for the money, its overpriced. As a Smartwatch it has some severe limitations. If you can stick with using the watch and the FitCloudPro app then it is pretty good so long as your phone is in your pocket nearby. You get what you pay for and the normal price they sell it for is most definitely way overpriced. The current special 40% off is still too much and unless you are happy to live with the shortcomings, save a bit more and look at some slightly more expensive brands that incl WiFi and NFC with onboard memory at least.

I don't know how ZE technology are…

I don't know how ZE technology are still in business.I bought a ZE watch back in March this year,It was not as promised or as advertised,I wouldn't class it as toy it was that bad,I received it in April and returned it back in April,I was told that I would receive a refund and that the refund process is underway yet now its the middle of October and still no refundWhat cheating liars.

ZE Smartwatches

Placed my order based on the specifications of the watch and it duly arrived about 10 days later. However, as of day one, it has not charged properly. If you plug the supplied cable into a USB port and connect it to the smartwatch, the screen lights up and indicates that it is charging. However, if you remove the cable a few hours later, you find that it hasn't charged at all. I emailed customer services who advised that it would be covered under warranty and that they would send a replacement out and provide tracking details. I waited approx. a week or so for the tracking number and it didn't arrive...... I then emailed them and asked for it and they sent me the tracking number for the original delivery. I emailed them back again.....and they apologised and said that the replacement was being processed with the courier and that they would provide the tracking number ASAP. It's now two weeks later and despite further chase up emails, I still haven't received either the tracking number or the replacement. Whilst it had some power in it, the watch was very good.......But I have to say that I am starting to think that they may just be selling off faulty devices cheaply, just to get rid of them. Currently, I am not hopeful of getting a replacement and would not recommend that anyone buys anything from ZE Technology

defective watch from the factory

i bought 2 of their watches a silver face and a black face , one of them is completly dead it never worked 1 second, my order # is 27722 just got it yesterday, it does not turn on not after doing the 3 seconds long press on the menu button or after a full 6 hour charge, the watch is defective from the factory and their site says that they will charge me a 30% restocking fee if they take the watch back, i have 3 days from the day it was delivered to do a formal complain, today's date is 7-24-2001 and i received the watch yesterday 7-23-2021 and if you email their costumer service for help they say 48 hours sometimes more it takes for them give you a respond, this is my 2nd post on trustpilot today on the same issue, i went through the process of making sure my review wasn't fake and went back to look for my 1st review and it is no where to be found, i don't know if trustpilot only lets good reviews go on

I bought the ze pro received it two…

I bought the ze pro received it two months ago, and it is better than advertised I get at an average 14 days on a charge instead of the 7 days advertised the blood pressure, oxygen, and pulse works good, and keeps good time. My hands are in the water all day long no problems, not like the Samsung galaxy watch. And no burns on my arm.

Get some food instead

Outstanding watch on paper. Beautiful intro and colorful image's. After reading the reviews I spent the money for the watch for a couple of big cheese burgers and fries with a chocolate shake with whipped cream. I was completely satisfied with the results. Thank you. Outstanding meal....

It was too good to be true..

I purchased the ZE smart watch with expedited shipping on June 25th, 2020, thinking I would receive it relatively fast. I reached out to their email two business days later after realizing my order number no longer existed and no tracking number had been posted. Customer service told they shipped the product and was just waiting for the courier to respond with a tracking number. Eight business days later, I am still waiting for a tracking number and am unsure if I will even receive a watch. I am very disappointed in this company and myself for being so naive. I honestly hope no one else puts their trust in these theives, because they will only end up empty handed with a hole in their pocket.

If there where negative stars I would…

If there where negative stars I would give them 10 . I ordered the watch on the 27 th of May and still I haven't got it. No customer support, just bots. You get charged in Singapore. Nobody assumes responsibility. All they say is that it was shipped via NL and it’s at the shippers and they cannot refund the funds although in their web page they say that if it has not been delivered after one month they issue a 100% refund which is BS. Do not purchase anything from this company.

My watch is piece of junk

My watch was purchased in February. Immediately, I knew there was a problem as I attempted twice to get some answers via email without any results. Customer Service is not a part of their thinking. Now, the watch will not take a charge. I strongly recommend that you pass by this piece of crap and buy an Apple. watch as I did. You will be much happier. For those of you working for. ZE Tech, you didn’t have the guts to contact me originally and I doubt if you will do so now.

Heap of s*it, it was suppose to be rugged, army tuff- it fell apart out of the box- save your money, no support no contact details for returns- fraud.

This watch is no good

This watch is no good. It does not keep a charge, only works for about 20 minutes then shuts off. I would not recommend this watch to anyone.

I don't mean to be too critical

I don't mean to be too critical, but it's been a week now and I still have no solution. The watch worked well for a while. It would run down, so I hooked it up to the charger. It just kept discharging until there's nothing now. I opened a chat with the company representative and the response came back that they would get back to me when they returned. They did get back to me and said to send a video-why I don't know. So, here I am.

This is a terrible watch

This is a terrible watch. Pulse and blood pressure not accurate.Tried to return it and found out had to go back within two days. Figured I'd just use it as a watch, but the watch has died, will take a charge but will not turn on, just dead. This product is a complete fraud!

I bought this watch less than 3 months…

I bought this watch less than 3 months ago... ive been trying to reach them with little to no luck... this is supposed to be a Military Grade watch ...lol. i didnt survive.. i guess its a military watch thats made for plastic G.I Joes... and evenbthose little plastic guys are tougher than this thing.. i never abuse it.. no water..other than a splash for washing my hands...if that! And it quit... won't charge or anything... when i finally heard from Gabriel.. he said sorry.. i have 48 hours to return.. in original condition...wow!!! Do not buy this piece of garbage... your forewarned...

Watch did not connect to app

watch arrived in time but did not connect to app .After numerous emails they were agreeing on a refund minus $20 administration fee for a faulty watch! Then emails dried up again.Got refund through PayPal in the end.Useless watch, useless customer service.Avoid!

I received the watch and was totally…

I received the watch and was totally surprised.I had stopped expecting it to arrive and had contacted my credit card company.I sent emails to the provided email adress and received no answer other than an automated response. The tracking of the ordered item was terrible and again emailing them was useless. The watch arrives dead, uncharged and needs to be charged before use. I write this review 1 day after charging and wearing it. It was easy to connect to the app on my Android phone. Although the watch is lightweight it seems an ok build. I like the look and the wide band has many notches making it very easy to adjust comfort. Using it I believe will get better with time, getting accustomed to it's functions. The heart rate and BP monitor for me seem spot on. The numbers are true.I was a little angry at the poor customer service and lack of response but will stay positive as to how this watch will last and function.My rating applies solely to the bad CS and 10 day overdue delivery as it is too early for a full rendition of the watch and all its functions over time. This watch could turn out being just fine, only time will tell.Buy intelligently is my final word on this.
