# EXTREME WEB DESIGN IS A SCAM: STEVEN SMITH, THE "SENIOR" WEB COORDINATOR (LOL)I'm exposing Extreme Web Design and the infamous Steven Smith, aka the "Senior" Web Coordinator (yes, that's a joke). After 6 months of waiting for my website, I received a welcome email from Steven Smith LAST WEEK.Yes, you read that right. Six months into my nightmare with Extreme Web Design, Steven Smith sends me a welcome email, acting like I'm a new client. This is a slap in the face.The lack of communication, incompetence, and blatant disregard for customers' time and money are staggering. Steven Smith's email is a clear indication that Extreme Web Design is a sham, and he's a clueless representative.But that's not all - when I asked for a refund, their president told me I'd have to wait 3-6 MONTHS, and even then, there's no guarantee I'll get it. Yes, you heard that right - they're holding my money hostage, and I might never see it again.Don't waste your time and money on Extreme Web Design. Warning: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Also affiliated with another terrible company- 'Design Sketchers.' Do not trust either. Posting this review because this company is a genuine danger to any business. If I could give less than one star, I would. -Incredibly difficult to work with and virtually no communication—multiple ignored calls, no updates, and extremely delayed progress-The company took our active site and made it inoperable. We gave them a full working site and after messing up the internal functions, they took down our site to “fix it” (it became abundantly clear they had no idea what they were doing) and delivered back a shell.-We provided them with everything necessary (multiple times- since it was clear many of our emails and requests were ignored). After providing the company with content, login info, contacts for resources--they made our site worse. The site contains none of the content we diligently provided and is worse off than when they received it--non-functional with multiple missing pages, links, copy, incorrect images, etc. It is a mess. And that not even touching upon the internal functions which are now nonexistent.-NEVER hire this company for any job, even a simple one. That is what we did and instead of implementing a new UI, they derailed the whole site to the point it had to be shut down. Then when they said it was ready to go live, it looked worse than before. To make the situation even more terrible-- instead of admitting this colossal error, they acted indignant, rude and blamed us. And that’s when they weren’t flat out ignoring us.-The company lied and deceived us numerous times--claiming to understand the platforms with which we operated but it became very clear they had zero idea what they were doing. This wasted valuable time and hurt our business and the whole time they said they were “working on it”, zero results were provided and essentially loads of time wasted.- Every single timeline given has not been met and the work itself was subpar and extremely slow. The employees greatly damaged the business with no course of correction. And after having done so, stopped communicating while our site sat broken (and they had all the necessary parts to fix it). Absolutely zero professionalism when it comes to our product, time, relations and virtually every other aspect involved. We were told that the negative reviews on their site are from competitors, but that is false. I am shocked they are still in business. Never, EVER hire them.
DO NOT ever use this company!!It is a ONE MAN show!! Extremely bad customer service and TERRIBLE communications. I dealt with an Indian guy using the name Michael Williams who says he lives in California. When he actually did reply it was always late in the afternoon. TERRIBLE communication with this person who always promised to contact me but RARELY did. I have just requested a refund and now I do not even receive ANY type of response.They use template crap sites that are awfully put together. It is a SCAM company that will take your money and NEVER build you a site.
If I could give a zero, I would. I hired this company back in November of 2023 to design my website. It wasn't a crazy difficult project and I was told it would take 6 weeks. When it wasn't anywhere close to finished, in January 2024 I asked for my first refund. They explained that my project manager was no longer with the company and begged me to give them a second chance. I hope you can see where this is going because in March 2024, I asked for a refund again. Kept getting the run around from them and was told I would receive a call from customer service over and over and over again. Yupp, you guessed it - NO one called. Ever. I am so disgusted by this company and their lack of professionalism. Would not recommend them to anyone EVER.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Xtreme Design Agency. After making full payment for the ImoJobs website project via Chase Bank, I was denied access to the website and its services. Employers and candidates are unable to register, sign up, send or reply to emails, or manage the admin section of the site. Despite claiming to operate in the U.S., the company uses an email domain from India. Numerous attempts to resolve these issues through phone calls have been unsuccessful.This lack of accountability and failure to deliver promised services after payment is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within one week from today (February 2, 2025), I will seek compensation for all payments made and damages caused by their negligence. I strongly advise others to reconsider working with this company.The last email I received from Xtreme Design Agency on January 29, 2025, stated that the website was functioning properly. However, employers and candidates still cannot register, and I remain locked out of the admin section. Additionally, the email address they provided is non-functional, originating from India. They also failed to create a video for ImoJobs as agreed upon. I have photographic evidence to support my claims and will submit it in court if necessary.
I wish I atleast took time out to read some reviews on this company before paying for a WordPress Design project.As soon as the payment was made, i was assigned a Project Manager who just basically from the start was very impatient - project deadline turned from 72hours to months. He will not respond to my email or text. Sometimes, he will just be off... No feedback, lies upon lies, and schedules that never happen.I think a company like this is worse than Scam in my opinion, because a scamming company that poses so legit like this one will get more people defrauded. Anyone reading this space, watch what people are saying here before you enter into a rabbit hole with your hard-earned money. As at the time when I took my project to them, i was already late on deadline for the project. It was like going from fry-pan to fire...took my money on the pretext of a End of year - Sales price.I'm not ending here with you! I will take it further until you either refund my money or I report your company to appropriate authorities.

Noah Alfred made the experience of developing a new website positively beyond what I expected. I was anxious about finding someone to help me. My prayers were answered above and beyond. Noah was very personable, respectful and patient in helping me get my website just as I wanted it. I admire his knowledge and how he was able to speak on my level which is pretty low.The more I worked with him, I could tell how genuine his character is--he made the experience joyful. Yeah, Joyful! I never thought I'd say that about getting a website done. I absolutely enjoyed his humor and authenticity. 10 Stars for Noah!!

Jim Anderson pulled together my website just before it was posted live. He was able to quickly respond to multiple concern's that were needed to finish the website in a timely and efficient manner . My website project had been in process for many months and Jim was the person who came in at the end and finished it up professionally.
Offered a Web Building service for $39 a month. After my first payment, they tried to get me to pay for a year upfront. I didn't. They led me on and got another $39 out of me before I started questioning what was taking so long. They called, were very rude, and then blocked me! They never produced a site, and they kept my money. And, it appears they have made up some names to give themselves some glorious reviews.UPDATE: Well, Trustpilot really isn't any good if the scam company can respond with totally fabricated information. We both know how it went down, and Xtreme Design Agent IS A SCAM! I was told it would be on your server until I was paid in full in 1 year, but I'd have a website in 2 weekd to a month. "More than likely closer to 2 weeks since with are just making adjustment to yours." Well, 2 months later the world stopped and when I mentioned it it was one excure, then another, then another. They couldn't even keep their lies straight. And, they know I like to do everything via e-mail so we both know what was said/promised. It was until you screwed me, then the incredibly rude phone calls came in. You promised to refund me. But, that was a lie too. I have a claim in with my bank and the Attorney General's Office. I can play too! You screwed the wrong person with your scam this time.Also, you say you have been in this business for 7 years? Your website was registered through Godaddy on August 17, 2023. This being 2024, I'm guessing your math is bad or YOU ARE LYING ABOUT THAT TOO! To help you a little, August 2023 to August 2024 is ONE (1) Year, NOT 7!UPDATE TO THEIR NEW BOGUS REPLY:They can sound as polite and nice as they want to. " Well guys, I have hundreds of years, I mean, there were my parents, my grandparents, and my great-grandparents that kept ensuring we were an honest, honorable family that speaks the truth and not lies. If you are going to threaten me, COME AND GET ME! Otherwise, if you are so wonderful and you want me to be so fine AND you are such a HUGE COMPANY, give me back the damned money you stole! Is $78 going to affect your so-called massive company so much that you'll go out of business? Well, maybe you aren't so big and doing so well after all. I'm 100% disabled and you knew that (I have our conversations to prove it) and YES, that $78 DOES affect me. So, if you want me to be so well and care so much about me with your "huge company," refund me like you promised. But we know what your promises mean. NOTHING!
They begged me to give them a chance, I paid them $2100 and they never did anything. That was May 06, 2024 and now Max is no longer there. They don't show any record of my purchase, BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!

I found Extreme Design Agency to be very professional as well as knowledgeable in the arena of web designing, branding, and providing information. I want to express how patient and how prompted and detail they were. I am extremely elated by the design and the outcome of my website. I truly recommend them to anybody as I've already been doing so what an experience this was! Ray, was with me all the way through the process haven't been by phone calls, emails or even text messages he was very responsive and very prompt never pushy never demanding always open to suggestions and willing to make any changes as well as give his expertise to make the website great.
