I love YMT because they have excellent…
I love YMT because they have excellent vacations but are so reasonable in price. I love being picked up at airport and taken to the hotel. There is a guide most of the time and vacations are so enjoyable

The initial reservation request started…
The initial reservation request started out confusing, but by the next morning Bea had it all ironed out.The one thing that stands out more than anything else is your tour guides!! In all my travels, each and every one is exceptional! And your couch drivers are extremely patient and accomadating.I have had nothing but the best experience with YMT!!

Bee was very helpful to answer all of our questions and she even sent a follow up email to see if we were still interested in the trip or had any other questions. We do think that your travel insurance is much more expensive than other companies that we have traveled with.

Some confusion on trying to book flights, "not being able to communicate directly with flight representative and having to go through another representative and then wait 24 hours for an answer and starting over when information was not correct

Great experience so far.
Sophia called shortly after inquiring online and had things moving quickly and effortlessly. When the next day I got quotes for airfare, Sarah was wonderful and understood my questions and put together some options before we finalized our flight plans. Great experience so far.
