No Way to Contact a Real Person
Wanted to place a bulk order for our Cub Scout pack. This takes you to a special program page where you can load a cart but cannot place an order. It simply sends a request to order to their customer service but nobody will contact you. I’ve called every day for the last 2 weeks and nobody picks up. The voicemail box for customer service is full so I can’t even leave a message. I’ve tried reaching out on social media, and through the website but nobody seems to respond.
