High Quality Oils & Personal Growth Experience

I’ve been using Young Living oils since 2016 and consistently appreciate the quality and purity of the products. The aromas are strong, clean, and long-lasting compared to many alternatives I’ve tried.What I value most is the consistency — I know what I’m getting each time. Ordering has been smooth for me, and products arrive well packaged.As with any company, experiences vary, but from a product standpoint I’ve been very happy and will continue using them as part of my daily routines.

Cult oil company with shady past.

Not sure why people (cultists) still believe in and use this charlatan company. The owner was a crook on many levels and their products were shown to carry false claims countless times. Their oils are shite compared to legit companies selling true unadulterated oils AND YL is usually more expensive than others though their products are unreliable and just ick. YL and DoTerra both sell altered oils in an MLM marketplace and care nothing about product quality or consumer safety.

Terrible compagny

Terrible compagny, sales people are soo annoying and do not take the world « no » for answer. Please educate your sales people + it is very expansive while being very similar to other essentials oils.

Wrong order on wrong card to many times

I ordered back in October for my mother in law a one time order sent to her on her card and then ordered one time order for me on my card sent to my house. They messed up my mother in law order but not to bad so we let it go. In December she received another order but didn't order. She called and they said its promotions for mess up. Then again in January. I checked my account and was charged both times for her order. They said they will refund me when I return box however labels I was promised 24hr to return box is still not in my email 5 days later. We need people who speak and understand English. They repeat same word like its a script and don't do orders correctly. The product was wrong, way it was set up wrong and still waiting for labels to correct it. Don't appreciate almost $800 extra on my card!

I’m a loyal customer of YL for over a…

I’m a loyal customer of YL for over a year. The company was recommended to me by a person I am very much found of. However prices are high prices . Also, I received a couple of times diluted essentials oils of copaiba and sacred sandalwood . I wrote to customer support about that and seems they were surprised and replaced one oil.

This is a multilevel marketing scheme

This is a multilevel marketing scheme. They sent product to my 98 year old mother who is dying even after I told them she didn't order the product and someone else used her credit card. They read the order number back to me and "confirmed" the product would not be sent or charged to her. One day later the product was sent and charged to her card. Customer Service challenged my sister who called to find out why after reading the order number back to me they still sent it. They offered to send a bag to a 98 year old woman in hospice to return and only then would refund the money.

So grateful to have been introduced to…

So grateful to have been introduced to Young Living essential oils and all of their products after doing a "30 Days to my Low Tox Life" online course. I am constantly learning about the oils and great products as there is a great YL community who educate and support each other. I Absolutely love their NingXia Red fortified drink for an antioxidant, nutrient boost for the whole body. I'm rewarded with Points for simply doing a monthly order, which I consider my monthly "Wellness Box" I can then redeem my points to purchase products I use regularly. A great heart-based company, with quality products, and stewardship of our Earth.

Used their diffuser 2 times and broken

Used their diffuser 2 times. Its in brand new condition and still under warranty and they wouldnt warranty it out without a member number. I received it as a gift. Trash company. Dont bother even dealing with them. Plus their oils are not even as potent as revive or doterra. I know from extensive experience.

The quality of essential oils is above average, but overcharged. It's acceptable if the company aims to improve their Custom Service. However, the Customer Service definitely needs to improve and reform ASAP.

Poor delivery service and disappointing customer care

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. While the products may be of ok quality, the customer service and delivery process are unacceptable. Every single order I’ve placed has had delivery issues – my address is consistently sent incomplete to the courier, causing delays and confusion.My most recent order was never delivered. I spent over 10 days trying to resolve the issue, constantly communicating with an unhelpful delivery partner. Despite this, the company took over a week to respond to my inquiry, and in the end, refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation.I do not recommend ordering if you expect reliable service and respectful customer care.

They erased €350 worth of points, bad stock

They erased €350 worth of points when i took a break from ordering every month. I didn't know that that could happen, because they don't communicate this. Because I was waiting to order the rain drop kit which wasn't on stock for a year... They didn't give any service when I contacted them about this, so I lost this balance I saved by spending money for years. Really bad company with a pyramid system with overpriced proiducts.

good products, bad customer service!

I love the products, but over the last few years customer service has gone from great to almost non-existent. Every time I contact them they basically tell me there's nothing they can do and to be more careful or check my order sooner (even if I checked it 24 hours before it processed.) It's becoming such a pain I'm thinking of canceling my account.

Wrongfully charged

I called in days in advance to skip the month of January. They said it was taken care of but then I get a charge to my debit card which put me in the red with my bank. Then, I incurred an overdraft fee. Since YL took so long to refund me the amount they owed me plus the overdraft fee, I incurred yet another overdraft fee. So, that makes a month I have not been able to use my debit card for groceries & it's put me in a real bind. I've been a dedicated customer for years but they are about to lose me over this. They do not provide good customer service. Multiple times I called to ask for a manager and all I got was let me check for you, never allowing me to speak to a manager to get this handled. Once I use up my points with them, I am done!!! Beware of this company.

VERY careful to order only ONE, but got subscription anyway

I was VERY careful to order only ONE time (no subscription). Yet Young Living sent me another bottle anyway!I called, and they're going to send me a return label - and going to waive the return postage - and going to refund my credit card. We'll see whether all this happens - or not. What a PAIN! Now I have to do all this follow up.My advice - do not order from this company for a one-time purchase.

Poor Customer Service on Return and Refund

I bought some essential oils from Young Living on December. When I received the parcel, I noticed that the label on the Sacred Frankincense essential oil bottle was placed upside down and halfway off. I’ve discussed with CS and returned it via their assigned courier Yodel on 21/12, however there has been no more status update since 24/12. Have checked with Yodel which looks they have lost my parcel at some point. I then contacted Young Living and they replied me that they are not taking any responsibility and will not make any refund as they have not received the return parcel. This is absolutely ridiculous as this return was initiated due to a defective product, it is unreasonable for Young Living to refuse responsibility or deny my refund because the courier is selected by YL who failed to deliver the parcel.Update on 10/1: Thank you for the follow up from Olexandra. Have got the refund. Much appreciated.

Very poor website

YoungLiving's website is so poor, slow and unfriendly...It's the annual Black Friday and their website is crashed. This pahhpens every single year, without exception.Are they seeing this?

I love these oils and want to clear some things up

I love these oils and when I had to cancel some years back, it was a non issue and very easy, you just need to know where to email. Also, the people complaining about having their cards charged automatically and items sent without consent, did not read or understand how the loyalty orders work. A Loyalty order if added or checked, means the same item gets sent every month. All you need to do is NOT add anything to the loyalty order and Whalah nothing gets sent automatically. You can order when you want. So people complaining about this are Not reading and just ordering and clicking. I’d be embarrassed to even post about it. Just don’t add anything to Loyalty. It’s That Simple. I do not work for the company just a customer who is buying the oils and other products again. Love them!
