This is the best pillow ever
I have arthritis in my neck and this pillow provides the support I need. I no longer wake up in extreme pain. My head is in the correct position for side sleeping. Also, my arm resting on the pillow places it in a comfortable position. This pillow is worth money and I highly recommend it. I will be purchasing one for my husband.

Update as of 12.3.25: Still no refund, and do not expect one. Buyer Beware of this company. ----Unfortunately a tough and unnerving experience with this company. The pillow seemed like great quality (BlueDot) and it was purchased as a gift. The size and shape didn't go well at first glance, so I decided to return unused since she wouldn't use it. The first odd thing about my experience was how I received the order - in a box that was a secondhand keratin device. For a company with a professional website and glowing reviews this was the first red flag. If I was able to submit pictures I would attach to this review It's been weeks, and while customer service has been somewhat responsive, I still do not have a refund. The excuse is the warehouse is overwhelmed and they have not checked my return. After 3ish weeks this rings hollow and it's time for a review.

I was not able to use the ZAMAT NekGenic Pro because of a medical condition. But I was very impressed by this firm's Customer Service who dealt with the matter swiftly and sympathetically, sending a refund without quibbling.

I am very satisfied with the pillow
I am very satisfied with my cooling pillow! I’ve used it for a few months now and find it very comfortable. I like the shape of it, I'm a side sleeper so it makes that position really comfortable for me. I've noticed less neck and back pain in the morning.

My husband got to try out this pillow…
My husband got to try out this pillow and it's the best thing he ever did. He says he loves it. He found out his bone going down his back is out of line and always has a hard time sleeping, and his hands keep going numb. He would roll is pillow into a big ball and try and hug it and sleep like that but never slept very good. After receiving this pillow he sleeps better. He alway laid on his side with his hand on his cheek. Now he doesn't have to do that because the pillow touches his cheek and works the way his hand would have. He also has a place to put his hands now because he can rest them on the part that looks like a pocket on the side of the pillow. The middle of the pillow is sunken in and that sort of holds his head in place and he loves that. He no longer has to roll the pillow up in a ball. The material that this pillow is made out of is like memory foam or something to that effect. It just bounces back into shape. It is a very comfortable pillow and he would recommend it 100%. Thank you so much for helping him out. Everyone should really go check it out.

Perseverance is the key
I was worried it wasn’t going to work for me as the first morning after using it I had a stiff neck. The second night I was awake half the night as I couldn’t find comfortable position on the pillow for my head and neck. I persevered after reading online that changing a pillow can take weeks to improve pain. And it was true from Day 3 it has been wonderful and finally after years of looking I feel my head and neck are supported. Pillow arrived to Australia very quickly

Money back guarantee and comms no good
Pillow didn't suit - personal choice I guess but then when i contacted them to deliver on their return guarantee they completely ignored me 5 times.Had to go thru credit card company to get my money back

Solid product and customer services
Solid product and customer services. The pillow did not work out for my (short) neck shape. When I contacted customer service and the company offered me half price off instead of returning the pillow. I have the pillow to a family member to try out. The company is very prompt in communication.

Finally a Comfortable Night’s Sleep
After months of neck aches and headaches, I finally found relief with the ZAMATHOME pillow. As a side sleeper on a tatami mat, I've tried numerous pillows, including Tempur and various tatami options, but nothing seemed to help—until now. I slept on my new ZAMATHOME pillow last night and, incredibly, woke up without any neck pain. It’s been a significant improvement. Definitely worth trying for anyone facing similar sleep discomfort.

The best pillow I have ever owned!
My neck and back is a mess! I never really thought about using a therapeutic pillow to help my issues because they are medical. However, this pillow has changed my life. Not only does the material prevent bacteria, the shape of this pillow holds my neck at a natural height and position. This has stopped my neck pain and shoulder pain almost completely! I can't claim the butterfly pillow…
I can't claim the butterfly pillow cured any neck or back pain, but I truly appreciate the overall comfort it provides. I switch between sleeping on my side and stomach, and it accommodates both positions wonderfully.
